Honestly couldn’t have had a better experience! The staff in the Gorey branch were so helpful and the delivery was extremely fast, they were out of stock of one item I ordered and did their best to solve it too!

After ordering and paying online for…
After ordering and paying online for delivery I was emailed the following day to say Chadwick’s do not deliver in my area (Kinsale). An order should not be accepted if shipping isn’t available for a particular address- this is standard on other websites.

Handed in a saw for fixing
Handed in a saw for fixing on 1st July morning. It was a DeWalt powered saw i had handed in earlier. It was the Sligo store. They took my name and mobile number. Went back 11th July, 10 days later. The sales assistant couldn't find it until I spotted it myself, untouched and still with my name and number on it. At that date it was really poor service as I said and unprofessional. I was assured the it woukd be looked at! Today is 15th July, still no reply or call from Chadwicks Sligo. This is very poor customer service.

Went to collect as email said my items were ready to collect on arrival told sorry out of stock.
I was offered a refund but agreed to wait for item to come into stock.

Online issues resolved with excellent service
I had an issue with the website, it wouldn't take payment for my order via phone or laptop, this resulted in my missing the 1pm next day delivery slot and my order name/details being incorrect. I rang through and Helena went above and beyond for me, she found my order, rang me back twice and ensured it was on the truck for delivery the next day. Without a doubt the best service ive ever recieved, credit to Chadwicks and especially Helena for her outstanding help

Product description on the website and ordering process was good. Delivery information prior to ordering was realistic and when goods arrived they were well wrapped and protected and unloaded with appropriate care.
