I’ve purchased dozens of cigars from C.Gars over the years. And always enjoyed prompt service from them.
I did have an issue with one of half a dozen R&J Petite Churchills purchased last week.
Cut & lit and it was sucking on fresh air.
100% not C.Gars fault. And quickly and professionally handled by Michelle from after sales.
I would have no hesitation to use them, as I have done for many years, again.

Bit of a mixed bag this time
Bit of a mixed bag this time, I subscribed to the monthly cigar club and receive my first 5 cigars, the New world cigars smoked wonderfully but the 2 Cuban cigars had an extremely tight draw, by using a draw tool I managed to get one cigar manageable at best but the small Partagas cigar was unsmokable, even after using the draw tool the draw was so tight the cigar kept going out and would not relight.

I got a mystery cigar for a tenner, ( Orchant Seleccion by AB ) the pointy cigar. Very well constructed and good draws all the way. Burn lovely and beautiful smoke. Enjoy it and will definitely buying it again.

Great selection of tobaccos, solid prices, rapid delivery, excellent experience
I bought a few examples of different pipe tobaccos to try. I have yet to actually smoke these but C.Gars gets 5 stars on the customer service experience alone. Wonderful selection of tobaccos, competitive prices, clear communication, rapid dispatch and safely packaged. They also have a very nice little loyalty scheme too. Not sure I could ask for more. Feel extremely confident the tobaccos themselves will be lovely. Highly recommended.
