The course was convenient to take on line, since I had not received my certificate of completion I called and Gladyze was very helpful and very friendly. She was able to assist me in a very professional manner. She was able to find my certificate even though I did not have my order number and emailed it to me while we were on the phone. Defensive Driving
The course covered the material required for NYS Defensive Driving well. However, 4-stars because they do not send a digital certificate for the defensive driving course. Ranel answered questions well when I inquired about getting my certificate in the mail.

Regarding certificate delivery, New York DMV regulations currently require approved providers to issue defensive driving certificates on security paper with watermark protections, which means they cannot be delivered digitally at this time. We understand the convenience of electronic delivery would be beneficial, and we would gladly offer that option if regulations change in the future.
