Centurion Roller Doors Are Garbage

I spent $56,000 on a Wide Span shed and they supplied Centurion 4.2m high roller doors. Firstly I was told that I could only be supplied 2 of the 3 roller doors with the shed as one was damaged. That was okay as I wasn't ready to erect it for a while. The doors were delivered to my property and sat on pallets by a crane truck. The 3rd door was delivered a couple of months later. When my builder was erecting the shed ( he is rural and does mainly sheds ) the pallets were brought to the shed and the doors lifted into position. As soon as they were fitted there were problems. None of the doors would go all the way down, and sometimes got stuck going up. Also, one door had a lot of dents and the lower rail had been cut shorter than the others. The result was that the bracket on the bottom of the door missed the stopper completely. Centurion were contacted and sent out extended brackets to fix their mistake. My builder made countless calls to Centurion to try to get the doors operating correctly and did everything they asked....still no good. When he told them about the damage to the panels they claim the door was dropped. I have 6 people that were on site that day and every one of them will sign a Statuary Declaration that the door was not dropped at our site. Centurion has basically wiped their hands of the problems with the doors. You would think they would have a technician come to site to see what can be done...but not even an offer. Lastly, we found that the guide brackets on one side of the same door had been initially fitted in the wrong location. They then refitted them in the correct location and filled their mistaken holes with pop rivets. I have now contacted VCAT and am putting together all the facts to open a case against them. The feedback on their doors is very poor....beware of this company, their product and backup is absolute garbage!
