Ryan and his team were very diligent and thorough and were able to go over and beyond when they were tasked with removing my old system boiler and all associated redundant parts and installed a new combination boiler simplifying my home heating and hot water system. Ryan was amazing. Had a boiler replaced, old was out and new one installed in no time. Had system flushed and a descaler installed, all in a day. Friendly, polite and professional. Would definitely recommend.

I recently had a new boiler installed by Ryan, who was contracted through iHeat, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service.

From start to finish, communication was excellent—he kept me informed and explained everything clearly. Ryan arrived on time, was courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely polite throughout the process.

What really stood out was his willingness to come a week earlier than scheduled when I urgently needed a new boiler. His professionalism and expertise made the entire installation seamless. He left everything tidy and ensured the system was working perfectly before leaving.

I was so impressed with his work that I arranged for him to return to carry out a Power Flush—at a far better price than other quotes, including British Gas. Again, he explained everything thoroughly and even showed me the gunk that was affecting my heating. Now, everything is running perfectly.

I’ll definitely be asking him back for a boiler service in a few months' time.
