DO NOT USE!!

This company is not a legit company. They are scammers who target elderly people and con them out of money.

I would avoid using at all costs. They do not follow through with the work and constantly have excuses of why work cannot be done.. along side stringing people along.

Do not waste your time or hard earned money with this shambles of a company - avoid at all costs

Our experience with this company started with a cold call to an elderly couple! Not fully understanding the sales techniques that companies use today.
I would advise people to be very cautious before even considering doing business with them!

I employed them in November 2025 to fit a new conservatory roof. It had multiple problems. The rubber roof had leaks, the general workmanship was shoddy and borderline incompetent and they refused to return to put things right. They left me with rain pouring in all Christmas and New Year.
I had to pay another roofer to re-do the work.
They give you the run-around, make constant excuses and are completely unreliable. They do not respond to legal action being instigated.
You have been warned!
I wish someone had warned me.

These guys came a did my parents windows on Monday. My parents are pensioners mum being terminally ill and dad recovering from a brain injury. Once they left my dad realised the back patio door would not lock so he called them they said they would get back to him the next day he called again no one got back to them again he called again yesterday and was told someone was coming out later that day no one turned up. They haven't been able to lock the back door for 3 nights now. How can they sleep knowing they are leaving pensioners vulnerable absolutely disgusting

After searching for a company that would carry out conservatory roof repairs I settled on Window Warranty UK and called them. A representative came and assessed the problem ( roof leaking ) gave me an estimate for the work which I accepted. When the weather was good the work was carried out to my satisfaction and the site was left clean and tidy, the roof panels cleaned inside and out. The three man team were friendly and polite, so based on the standard of work carried out for me I have no hesitation in recommending Window Warranty UK.

Quoted my 85-year old mother £8000 plus scaffolding to do pointing that is not needed. Took £3000 deposit and then asked her (an 85 year-old pensioner)to arrange scaffolding and when she said no, did nothing. And months later have refused to refund deposit except for £200 because of 'costs incurred'. Now in the hands of solicitors. AVOID.

We were very pleased with the work Window Warranty did for us. It was completed to a really high standard. The workmen were polite and friendly.

All three men worked consistently throughout the day. Were well mannered, courteous and respectful.
On finishing they cleaned the site well and removed all relevant rubbish.
I'm pleased with the end result and as up to date no leaks.

Efficient from start to finish, highly recommend, friendly, polite fitters.

Brilliant service and communication from the start. Competitive prices and excellent work. All telephone operators and fitters were polite and informative.
The fitters worked hard with little disruption, and even cleaned up after every session.
We had a minor leak which was promptly fixed without questions asked.
Highly recommended.

Malcolm worked tirelessly on getting the planning application approved and came out immediately to the building when another window (not originally planned) needed urgent replacement. The fitters were first rate too. The windows fitted perfectly, finished to a high standard and look great. I had booked a decorator, but because the workmanship was perfect, decorating wasn’t required.

I found this company online after having been put off having my 1990's era double glazing replaced by the cost and sales tactics of the company that quoted.

Window Warranty were great, and rather than try and sell me all new windows, they did a detailed inspection of my windows and doors to identify, what work was actually necessary between replacements, repairs and maintenance.

We had a few misty panes, some broken handles and lots of worn out seals, but they were able to get the majority of windows back to good working order with just a bit of TLC. This approach came in at a fraction of the cost of full replacements, and they were done in just one day for a 5 bed property. This included a 6 panel bifold door that we avoided using as it was such hard work to open, and now glides along beautifully.

I have really appreciated having a less draughty house over the Winter, all my handles work and I have nice clear, windows to look out of. I would well recommend them.

Great experience from start to finish , they understood what we wanted , our budget and time frame , as our job couldn’t be done in the rain it got rescheduled quickly and easily for the next day it was dry.

Any Problems were resolved, you can’t ask for anything more. Fitters were fabulous kind caring and professional. I am very happy and won’t hesitate to use this company again and recommend them. 👍

Windows Warrantee quoted to replace the old polycarbonate roof sheets and seals on my elderly mother’s conservatory.
Installation day arrived and work was completed. A few days later I noticed a few snagging issues such as missing flashing and roof sheet retaining plates, and small leaks were apparent during heavy rain, so we got back in touch with our concerns. A date was set for their return to address these snags, which was then cancelled by them due to a poor weather forecast. This happened a few more times. Then we had a new date given to us which they failed to attend. We followed this up the next day, but at this point they stopped responding to our requests for a new date. We tried calling/emailing etc over the next few weeks, but they just stonewalled us.
At this point we contacted and made a claim against Windows Warrantee through our credit card provider, hoping that they would spur Windows Warranty into action. We were still quite happy for them to come out and sort things as this would be the simplest solution.
Anyway, after many months of investigation from our card provider (and reading between the lines, delaying tactics from Windows Warrantee) we were asked to get an alternative quote for the repairs needed. Whilst this 3rd party was investigating the roof to see what needed doing it was highlighted that some of the poly sheets had now slipped down in the frames due to the lack of the retaining plates, tearing what little flashing had been applied allowing much more water to leak during rainfall. This company quoted a repair bill of approx. 40% of the initial work carried out by Windows Warrantee.
Thankfully this repair cost has been fully covered by my mother’s Credit Card provider, but we now need to arrange for these repairs to be done and until they are I suspect there will be a lot of buckets needed below the leaks.
Also, Windows Warrantee state they have a 10-year guarantee on their work. This is obviously rubbish as they can’t even attend their own snagging issues and it’s highly unlikely that they will honour any future issues with this installation.
My advice is to avoid this company like the plague

this company has taken £1100 from me with a contract saying it could be cancelled in 14 days with a guaranteed full refund. i cancelled within 24 hours after realising i’d been over charged dramatically. i still haven’t had my full refund 6 months on. i’m a single parent as they know and they close to ignore my letters and calls. i’m disgusted in this company. not professional just full on con men
