1st Appointment cancelled same day

1st Appointment cancelled same day. They set one up for the next day. This triggered anxiety they was late for the 2nd appointment and left me waiting which caused anxiety. The dr then triggered me using certain words. I was then refused the medicine. I’m a veteran and Jimmy Savile survivor who knows how the medicine works and helps me day to day but they booted me off next day. Do not trust these

Prompt responses to any queries. Medical staff were knowledgeable, polite and helpful.
Product arrived quickly, and I'm happy with it's effect. I'm mostly taking it to help my insomnia, so far, I've only one poor night since I started taking CB1.
Overall, I'm very happy with CB1.

Tried to order repeat prescriptions

Tried to order repeat prescriptions. No stock available of my gummies and usual oil. I have about a week left. Spoke to the pharmacy team as advised. Waste of time. I am trying to order in good time and I will be left without any oils until at least November when they expect an update. Other supplies considerably more expensive for 2/3 rds of the amount 20ml which I cannot afford. As a supply chain manager, this really should not happen if manufacturer and suppliers are working together, and if shortages are known about, obtaining comparable stock from elsewhere might be a good idea. Not impressed.

What a joke they are . Think it's acceptable leaving a patient ten days without medication. My own doctor wouldn't do that to a patient. Forget this company helping with mental health because they will just make it worse

I heard about the medical cannabis route from a friend by word of mouth, and after doing my own research, I decided on cb1Medical and I'm really glad that I did, as the service is top-notch, from the initial phone call, the consultation call, which was thorough without being unpleasant, and the follow-up consultation call after the receieving and consuming my first batch of medication was all positive.
The App is very good and relatively straightforward, and the products on offer are both varied and impressive. I've found them to be very beneficial to me medically as such, I'm really happy and grateful to have found them. I'd certainly recommend them without hesitation, and finally, the staff on the phones are really helpful and empathetic.

Medical Marijuana Experience

I suffer from osteoarthritis of the knee and had tried all the recommended painkillers, most had no effect and due to it being a long term condition I didn't want to risk opiate based painkillers, thankfully I came across an advert for CB1, who offer medical marijuana for people who are open to alternative medicine. After setting up a video link appointment and discussed my disability and what I had tried was accepted as I fit the guidelines. Medical marijuana is offered for a variety of issues, not just limited to pain relief. Once accepted, after the first month due to the checks that are carried out, the medicine arrives within 48 hours of ordering by signed delivery. The app is easy to use for ordering prescriptions and keeping an eye on follow-up appointments. A very professional service, which should be widely available but due to marijuana being a controlled substance may be off putting, don't let prejudices put you off trying a medicine that works. I can not praise CB1 high enough.

Life Changer from years of Opiate pain relief

I Started my Medical Cannabis Journey last year with CB1 Medical. The main treatment for one of my conditions is for pain which is quite complexed and debilitating. The staff at first point of communication over the phone were experienced and reassuring with regards to my issues. I had my first Consultation within the week and the Consultant was very knowledgeable regarding my conditions. We discussed medications together and I had my medication a couple of days later.
CB1 Medical will do your legwork for you regarding your Summary of Care from your GP if you are unable to do this yourself with no charge. I have not had any issues with CB1, the staff are very professional knowledgeable and understanding and the Patient comes first, a very patient friendly clinic.
The CB1 app is very easy to navigate around especially for when ordering your repeat prescriptions.
CB1 Medical is a 1st Class Clinic and I would highly recommend them.

Excellent experience

I’ve been with cb1 for a while now and found everything to be excellent very cheap prices £50 for a year re appointments etc then pay for prescription I think there the cheapest for consultations in the uk yes you may have to wait on occasion for prescription but if you order in advance of medication running out there’s no problems as I said the doctors , staff , call agents and pharmacy have all been excellent without fault in my time with them and I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs help to relieve symptoms

A God Send CB1

A mate recommended CB1. She has chronic pain and I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia last year, and I have severe back and neck pain from an accident.
I have had all the pain meds a doctor could prescribe and thought to myself. What the heck let’s give CB1 a call.

From start to finish the team are so professional, friendly, understanding and know their stuff. the price is reasonable, who cares, a day of feeling well is priceless to me.

After a month I am so happy with the results.
My pain is more controllable and I can move more and sleep much better.

I highly recommend these guys.

Been waiting now for months and now I'm told my application has been deleted due to them not receiving all my info on time.this is incorrect because I have sent everything when requested.was only 2 weeks ago I had to take screen shot of my name and NHS number so don't know how it's been deleted and I have to start again.sounds to me like they was just after my details!!!!!!!! Sorry I spoke to another company yest and got sorted all in the same day

No communication after data breach

I felt very let down by CB1 in regards to their data breach last month. Parts of my personal data were stolen, and I think in light of them being a medical provider this is really quite serious.

I emailed 3 separate times, on the 18th of August when the breach happened, the 28th of August and then the 13th of September to ask further questions about this breach and how my data was affected. I still have not received any reply as of the 23rd of September.

So not only was my data leaked, CB1 did not have the courtesy to reply to my inquiries about my own personal data. Again, I feel very let down.

This medical clinic makes your mental…

This medical clinic makes your mental and physical health worse by selling mouldy flower! Twice now I’ve received mouldy product to be told they need to wait 4 weeks atleast to hear back from the manufacturer to say whether it is actually mouldy! Thats at least 4 weeks of them still selling mouldy product which will make you ill and they don’t care because they’re making money! I’ve been a member for about 12 months and the service just gets worse every week! The staff haven’t a clue what their job roles are! Constantly sending invoices out for prescriptions that they know they don’t have in stock! They only get stock weeks after all other clinics have had the same stock so the quality of product is dry and degraded little popcorn nugs that they pay less for than the other clinics but charge the same price! My chest has never been this bad! Today I received my medication after waiting a week and contacted them to find out it was there in stock just hadn’t been sent out for no reason, and it just smells and tastes like mould! Making my chest even worse! There answer to this is it’s not their fault it’s the distributions fault! So they basically give you anything and don’t care about the standard because it’s not their fault!!! Since joining CB1 my mental health deteriorated it’s making me worse! There’s a lot of medical cannabis pharmacies now don’t waste your time coming to this one! Don’t comment back on this as if you’re trying to help because it’s all lies you do it everytime but contact no one!
