Been with CB1 for over a year now. The selection of medication is usually pretty good. I've seen prices range from £4 to £11 per gram of flower, and various different prices for edibles, oils, and vape cartridges.
Occasionally there are some bargains on the premium strains if you keep an eye out. Delivery is usually 1-3 days from ordering prescription through the app. It all works quite well. Any problems I've had have been handled in an exemplary manner by the customer service team who are very friendly and fair. All in all it has been a 5 star service from CB1, and for me, truly life changing. If only I had found them sooner.

I’d read a few negative reviews about CB1 but thought I’d give them a go anyway and I have to say that they have been amazing, they are friendly supportive easy to contact and friendly, some of the other reviews complained about a lack of choice but as this is my first experience with the medical cannabis thing I can’t see a problem
I have plenty of choice in oils gummies vapes and flowers or at least it looks like a good selection to me
I would highly recommend them as a company based on my own personal experience and have no plans to move

I left another expensive clinic to join this pharmacy and the initial onboarding to receiving first subscription was so simple and straightforward I felt like I landed on my feet, finally. However, when it comes to ordering products, and the timing between getting your script to the doctor and signed off isn't as consistent as hoped for. Equally, lots of products go out of stock but the system doesn't update quick enough to inform patients. Lots of products are expensive, and communication between customer services and pharmacy is really bad. I find myself calling up each week to try to streamline the sign off to delivery process but there always appears to be someone who isn't informed about something so another issue arises that requires me to evidence the contrary.
As a patient and consumer my experience isn't great and makes me wonder how much longer I can put up with having to make disgruntled calls because the system is rather clunky, or perhaps favourtise other patients, I can't be sure, however my experiences are by and large fuelled by anxiety and stress.

What about the wellbeing of patients without medication for 5 days. Now apparently admin staff have more rights than a patient. They think you shout down the phone, maybe turn down the headset then. When i shouted to show me shouting i got dishcharged. Zara was the cause of this. Managers who dont call back and dont solve problems, then discharge you because of mental health issues caused by the pharmacy. No understanding from the admin, there here to collect money and not offer the service we need. We need support when we dont have product not hung up on every 2 mins. Your admin team could have very easily prevented yesterday. Very bad clinic. The pharmacy hold back your medication due to oil not being in stock. Iv been a patient of cannabis since nov 24. Iv never been left without my medication. Cb1 made it so i was out of medication from fri till Wednesday. Phone up complaining as its affecting my mental health having no medication. Made complaints and iv been discharged by them. Shocking service by the managers on the admin side. Who could have spoken to me yesterday but chose not to. The pharmacy manager spoke to me a number of times and there part of the same business. Why cant the admin managers do the same. Director apparently told them not to discharge me. Zara needs a special mention she has told me i never spoke to a manager today when i did. Told me yesterday i was shouting when i wasnt, i explained i will shout so you know iv not been shouting. She hung up the phone and got me discharged. Very nice of her to do so. Care commission are getting my complaints about your shocking company.

Awful service . Charged me £50 for a consultation after seeing my gp records , only to tell me I didn’t have enough evidence then ignore me for 10 days saying they can’t review my case ! Asked for a refund and still no reply ! Very disappointed

Started with some issues, then the issues became more prominent, yet despite warning them, they did nothing to change this, leaving me without medication and without hope of getting any, so had to go back to buying on the streets. TBH, street dealers have more integrity than these clowns masquerading as doctors. If you want some chill in your life- avoid this bunch.

Where to start, the variety isn’t great. From what there is available I personally feel it’s over priced. Flower arrives dry, with dust at times! When paying full price there should NEVER be dust/small nugs. They don’t stock any decent indicas! Nothing that really hits your muscles, everything is a hybrid with these lot. Obviously a recent data leak with less than ideal in terms of customer satisfaction. In addition the APP has been down for a week and nothing seems to be sorted. I called and was informed a prescription was put through, only to be emailed and told they don’t have it in stock or my initial prescription….. what? Everything is out of stock, you find something that might do, only to find that it’s also out of stock. It’s unacceptable, no excuse it’s unacceptable. We’re trying to create a medical pathway to medicines that provide benefits to many sufferers and we have cowboys like these holding the industry back. A lot of the flower is near its expiration date. The fact you don’t pay a subscription shows, one way being they price the product higher and also don’t really care about solving your problems. Avoid

Recent data breach. App update what broke the app so then they had to roll back, reported issues with Face ID been problematic (they blamed Apple. Never had an issue ever with Face ID else where). Looking to leave cheap for a reason.

Warm and friendly staff, everyone I've ever spoken too at this company has been so sweet and helpfull. It's really nice having weed the legal way too. I buy there cheaper strains at about 50 a 10 gram and they always do the job nice crisp buds great smell and always packaged tightly and sealed packs. There more expensive strain are really nice too if I fancie a treat. Being able to chose between small buds and big buds at a price diffrence of about a fiver is nice too. All in all a great company that has come along way in the last year with the addition of there app and faster delivery times. Pretty much order what you want when you want. I have a 60gram limit a month but usually I only buy 10-20gram but its nice having the option. Will continue to shop with them for years to come. Really takes the stress out of buying it from "street" venders.

Fine when things are going well but when the company loses your sensitive data not so good. A generic email saying sorry and we will get back to you, numerous missed deadlines to do so, and now the ICO are involved. The non existent customer service is just one generic, automated fob-off after another. I would strongly urge anyone to look elsewhere.

Where do I start. Bear in mind that this is a private health care provider who have just had a massive data breach of confidential information and have threatened to remove anyone who does not agree to their new terms and conditions. I’ve been waiting for my appointment since half past eight this morning. I just got a call (11:07) saying that the new system was playing up and I’d get another call, I doubt I will. The app won’t work, they have broken all their promises and now I’ll be taking them to court to receive compensation for my time. I’m in the process of signing up to another provider who can’t be any worse and I’d avoid them at all cost if I was you.

Such a good service. Good doctors, friendly staff, feel blessed to finally legally be able to get my marijuana medication and not just CBD , THC Flowers . I’m so happy that at last it’s been fully recognised for its many healing properties.

Great clinic, clear communication and prompt delivery.
I think a lot of these comments are written by people experiencing withdrawal due to Cannabis Use Disorder and likely NPD developing due to chronic use and probably shouldn’t be prescribed in the first place.
Go outside and touch a different of grass folks and take a tolerance break.

Disgusting pathetic clinic . Evrytime I get a strain all i get is 2months to use as its old stock.
Im with an amazing clinic now and see bu dates are all 6 months to a year. Cb1 the reason imo off being there was I cldnt have any strain for long I had to use it within 6 to 8 weeks . Very corrupted clinic. Does it surprise me theve broken ppls data leak ? Ofc not .
Karma's a funny thing . When I emailed the manageress called anabel sharma she ghosts you .
This clinic definitely needs to close down .
I was given a strain called supreme diesel and it only has 2 weeks left. I even semt them evidence in video and pics and got complete ghosting from there pharmacy department.
Ppl please stay away from this amateurs . They cost me alot off stress and with the data breach even im worried although I left them ages ago.
Never go with cb1. My mum always told me iff a clinic or anything is cheap comes with a negative.
Well she wasn't wrong .
Stay away from cb1 . I and many others had bad experiences on cb1 especially quality off strains and expiry date only lasting a month or 2 the most. X

Asked for my GP surgery details when I think I should have already provided it. They asked for this after I'd been discharged from them and wasn't accepted. Apparently their reasoning when I phoned them was to let my GP surgery know the outcome of my application which I think is load of rubbish if it isn't rubbish then they have way to much time on their hands.

Professional experience from the beginning. Quickly got an appointment and first prescription arrived all with a week and a half. Follow up went well. All good so far.

I used this company for my wife's sciatica pain. I paid £50 for a consultaion with one of their so called pain counsultants. He recommended different products for pain relief and guaranteed that the vape will provide instant relief. I spent in excess of £200 on CBD oil and the vape cartridge with absolutely no pain relief. This is a breach of patient's trust as they rely on the consultant's advice and (guarantee in this case) in order to make an informed choice whether to use the product. Dont waste your hard earned cash and use the traditional medicine from your GP.

I have moved from another clinic and I’m loving it. The app gives me so much more control and it’s so easy to use. Few teething issues initially but they were quickly resolved. Pleased with product and consultation. Very straightforward and good value.

Why is it so difficult to book a telephone consultation with my REGULAR consultant?
I transferred from Curaleaf to CB1 Medical a few months ago, and the booking process to get a telephone consultation with the same consultant doctor is impossible! The consultant doctor knows this is a problem, too, because each time we speak he reminds me that if CB1 Medical try to book me in with another consultant doctor, to decline and specify that appointments should only be with him.
I had my monthly telephone consultation with my regular consultant doctor on Thursday, just two days ago. When I emailed CB1 Medical this morning, asking very clearly for another telephone consultation with the same doctor at the end of August, I received a response email saying "booking confirmation- appointment with Dr Alex...". Are CB1 Medical trying to wind me up??!
They keep telling me the same bullshit every month that there are no appointments available with my regular consultant doctor. It isn't good enough and my regular doctor agrees. I'm paying for this and it isn't cheap, so why do CB1 Medical think this treatment is acceptable?
The first time I couldn't get a follow up appointment with my regular consultant doctor, I accepted the appointment with another doctor that CB1 Medical booked me. This was a mistake. This doctor had very little understanding of my medical conditions and little knowledge of how they need to be treated. I wasted money on products that did not do what I need them to do. I'm not willing to repeat that experience.
Update-
I have been in conversation with various people at CB1 Medical (it seems that having a conversation with just one employee is too much to ask) and they have told me that I do not need to have repeat consultations with the same doctor (Dr Tang), and that only cases that require extra help will be expedited to Dr Tang. This goes against the DIRECT instructions from Dr Tang, from every telephone consultation I've had with him.
I couldn't make this up. Choose literally any other clinic if you want to avoid daft annoyances like this.
Edit 2: It's currently 5 days since CB1 Medical replied to my review. No-one has contacted me with a valid solution, yet.
