I have been a loyal customer
I have been a loyal customer for a few years now and I've never had a problem with getting a loan after I paid off a previous loan. I called customer service 4 times and I kept getting the run around and when I asked to speak to a supervisor they put me on a short hold and then came back and told me no one is available and someone will call me back. But I dont understand why I cant apply for a new loan when I've paid off my previous loan

Patience..Patience..Patience. The people at Cash money.. I talked to 5 of them they were all outstanding. Had I not had conflicting information on my bureau this would have been done with one call. All in all they where all professional and compassionate with problem solving mindsets. Great Job Guys and Gals and a special shout out to Veronica who completed the process.
