They worked hard to meet my requirements and timelines for a refinance of my home.

Everything seemed perfect until I signed the loan documents and trusted the loan was going to be paid off. 2 weeks after closing, I found out the loan was never paid. I was hoping to skip a mortgage payment but when I checked with my bank I found out it wasn’t paid. I called cashcall and the escrow company and they said I was misssing the land Survey. They never called me to ask for it. I sent it to them. I waited a couple of days and called them back. Nobody returned my call. Nobody it’s telling me what’s going on with my refinancing loan. Nobody answers their phone or calls me back to give me any updates.

Ruddy Crawford made the process of refinancing like a breeze very attentive easy to get a hold of. He helped a lot for reissuing my disbursement where the actual loan processor was hard to get a hold of or not very responsive. I had my money sent out by fedex where I was expecting a wire transfer. Ruddy quickly took care of the process and made the correction to my request, I really appreciate his work beyond the call of duty.

Steven Floyd and Alexis Kuhc are unequaled in service, speed, quality and professionalism. What they promised is what they delivered. My refi was cookie cutter with one wrinkle that 7 other lenders could not work through. Cash call was willing and able. In addition, they beat all rates and timelines to close with superior service. One small change I'd like to see is that I get an email as soon as we closed. But to be fair I would easily choose them over and over for any lending needs I have. Very impressed and grateful!

The only negative thing was that they kept needing more and more documents. However, they were great to work with, especially Jack Ngo who was super.

This was our first home purchase! We worked with Steve in the VA loan departmentand Tracy was the servicer. The process was outstanding. I was kept in the loop every step of the way, and they would answer the phone every time I called. I highly recommend them for your mortgage needs!

I gave 4 stars because I couldn't give 4 3/4 and everyone needs room for improvement!! Although not A lot of improvement needed here. Not only was everything handled properly it was quick and painless. Even tho I have perfect credit and income cash call helped me when my current mortgage company wouldn't. Great job!!

Good program they were able to qualify. Customer service was ok, LO had to raise my rate 2wice due to oversights. Processor seemed to have a bit of an attitude with his requests at the end. Seemed annoyed by my questions. NO ONE THANKED ME FOR MY BUSINESS, common professional courtesy!

Overall my experience with Cash Call was excellent. I got referred by cousin Jassi to call Cameron Henderson. The moment he answered the call he been super helpful and explained everything clearly. This was the fastest refinanced I ever had. So I am really pleased. Cameron and Anthony provided excellent customer service. I will definitely refer Cash Call to my friend and relatives. I will never use this company again for any of my financial needs. There are unresolved loan issues on my refinance and I can't get Kevin Friedman to call me back, even after SEVERAL attempts. I'm going to report this issue to whoever it is that regulates FHA lenders.

We have taken out 5 mortgages with Cash Call Mortgage over the past 6 years. Two were in Hawaii, 3 in California. We received unequalled care and attention to our loans and they were processed quickly and competently. Even when there was an unavoidable delay caused by another parties lender, they came through for us. I cannot praise Mike DiSarro and our processor Adrienne highly enough. We will never use another lender-Cash Call is the Best!
