We called CashCall on February 19, 2018 and spoke to Nathan Yates, we explained our situation to Nathan. Nathan told us he thought he could help us resolve the problem. We started the application that day. We closed the loan on March 12, 2018 and it was funded on March 16, 2018.
Nathan Yates and Will Payton handled it in a very professional and respectful way, we were at ease through out the process.
We will recommend CashCall to nay of our friends who need this service.

I worked with Erick and Aaron to refinance on my current loan that I already had with them. This is the second time I've done this and as always, it was quick and no hassle. Everything went off without a problem and I was able to close in about 15-20 days. I would highly recommend this company.

The timeline of start to finish was so long. So long in fact that our locked in rate almost jumped, but we decided to not go through with the refinance if that was the case and it was able to be corrected. We had to sign paperwork way too many times. Communication wasn't there, we had to seek out questions. Not to mention the fact that we were told not to pay our mortgage and we received collection notices from you cashcall even though we were refinancing with cashcall! There was no internal communication on cashcall's end either. Had to sign with a notery twice because they had us sign paperwork PRIOR to getting the appraisal back, since it came back less than expected we had to sign paperwork all over again. We'll never use cashcall ever again. It was a crap show from the start.

I worked with Alre Halim and Ann Quach. They were wonderful to work with. They are patient, knowledgeable, and fast to respond. Due to the importance of these loans, I ask a lot of questions and double check everything. I truely appreciate their explanations and details to make me feel comfortble with the terms. This is the 2nd loan I've worked with Alre and I will be calling him next time.

I refinanced my mortgage from an ARM to a Fixed with Cash Call Mortgage and the whole process took 27 days to complete. I believe the process could have taken less days if the underwriters had requested all the required documentation to complete the refi at once instead of asking for them at separate times. They initially asked for copies of most recent pay stubs, bank statements, W2’s, recent mortgage statement, HOA billing statements and proof of homeowners insurance. After I provided them the docs, they wanted additional documentation such as if my homeowners insurance covered the inside of my condo and if the annual insurance premium was paid in full. I provided them proof. But then they asked for employment verification which I provided. Then they asked me to pay off one of my credit card to reduce my debt to income ratio by wire transferring the amount to the escrow company as part of the settlement agreement. The settlement agreement included paying off 3 creditors. Once I wire transferred the requested amount, my loan was approved. A few days later, I received 3 checks to send to my creditors to pay off my debt. Why checks? Why not transfer the amounts I owed to the 3 creditors to my bank account via EFT? I mailed the checks to the 3 creditors and it took about 8 days for the checks to be posted. If they had transferred the funds via EFT to my bank account, I would have been able to pay off my 3 creditors online within minutes. I had to follow up with one of the creditors because it took them 10 days to post the check!

Other than the back and forth process with documentation and receiving 3 manual checks to send to the creditors, I received excellent service from Racquel Bantiles from start to finish. She was very professional and very responsive to my questions! Racquel deserves 5 Stars!

Everything was processed in a timely manner and I could not have asked for a better team to assist with my loan. The loan officer from day pointed out how he was going to help me and made it very easy to work with. Once a processor was assigned he made sure that all the communication with the processor that needed to get to the processor got to the processor. Always kept me in the loop of the process and always answered his phone when I called. The loan officer was great to work with and was super professional as well as the processor. I would strongly recommend CashCall I’m the future.
