It was an unpleasant experience...Delivery of damaged goods..Having to chase up replacement with telephone call and emails ignored at times..
Caseys have replied..
The reply seem to put the onus on me .Yes I have the furniture I should of had..My issue was not the length of time for replacement..It was the lies that the replacement would be scrutinised by Bernie..It was not..The emails I sent which was ignored..The reason for not reply to my phone call was Bernie was in meetings all day .I only received the call after requesting to speak to either Casey owners.. I did not want to continue this but do not put the onuson me for your poor customer service.

I recently bought a bed from Casey’s and I’m really happy with my purchase. Even though it was a bit expensive, the quality of the materials is excellent and you can really feel the difference. The bed is sturdy, comfortable, and very well made.

Couch bought at the Cork store
Everyone there was great - but Myriam was brilliant. Really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly in getting us to choose the couch we wanted.
The process was straightforward and clear. The delivery was, once the couch was made, fast and the delivery guys had it brought in, assembled, and done in a few minutes. We love the couch.
