Casey’s were a joy to deal with

Casey’s were a joy to deal with. Great customer service, really helpful and informative. 5 star company. The reason I have given 4 stars is for the quality of the item, it was a high end price, however the wardrobe is not high end quality. The doors are off kilter and impossible to open so we have to leave one open all the time, which is not acceptable

Poor service

Ordered item on 5th January. Text received re. Delivery on 12th January. Phone call on Fri 9th January saying item was discovered to be damaged when removed from warehouse. I had taken time off work on Mon 12th Jan to receive delivery. Also there were two of this item in stock so I should have gotten the other one as I ordered it first. The man who rang me encouraged me to cancel the order which is very bad business management. I said I wanted the item. I have heard nothing since. I phoned Caseys in Arnotts on Mon 16th February to state I still have not received the item. They said they would look into it.

Update: eventually received two months after order on 2nd March.

My experience with Caseys has been…

My experience with Caseys has been exceptional. From the first day I spoke with Margaret O' Riordan in the limerick store to dealing with Jade afterwards. I was delayed in taking delivery of my furniture due to building work running over schedule. When I contacted Jade she sorted everything out and couldn't have been more pleasant about it. It's not my first time dealing with Caseys. What I think caseys do well is choosing there staff . Nice down to earth professional people from their front of house staff to their delivery guys.I would highly recommend Caseys.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thank you for your feedback. We are dispapointed to hear you had an uncomfortable interaction with another customers child instore. We certainly can appreciate the difficulty this would have caused you, however we cannot be responsible for how parents interact with their children. When an item is leaving our store for a customer, it has to be wrapped in bubble wrap and plastic as the customers chosen item is precious to them and we must do all we can to ensure we protect it and that it arrives at the customers home in the same condition as when they agreed to buy it. Unfortuantely we do not have a better option currently as we must transfer it from the store to the warehouse depot and again from there to the customers home. Hopefully in the future, there will be more eco friendly ways of doing this that will provide the same protection but until then we will have to protect a customers property so damage while shipping and delivering does not occur. Hope this clarifies your query. Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback.

delivery service v poor and I wont be…

delivery service v poor and I wont be ordering from them again. I was told it would be this afternoon and given a 5 hour window. I rearranged as much as I could and just phoned the driver who was in carrgaline delivering a bed. he said at least an hour and with the school traffic id say that was optimistic. if its not delivered to tomorrow afternoon i will be cancelling and looking for money back. salesgirl laughed when i asked her to throw in cushion even though chair was over 600 euros

You requested an afternoon delivery on Friday evening via the Cork branch. The driver then reversed his route to accomodate this. I am aware he was approximating being at your property at 4:30pm but any time after 4:10pm was unsuiatble to you so the scheduling office called you and agreed to deliver your furniture to you on Wednesday in the morning at your request. I can see from your order that a cushion is included with your chair and is due to be delivered with it tomorrow, I hope this clarifies this issue. We look forward to resolving this issue for you and changing your experience with us.
