Poor communication and resolution, but good products.
I’m giving this 2 stars because, to be fair, the case itself is actually pretty solid. It feels sturdy, well-built, and offers good protection — no complaints there.
What really let me down was everything else. I ordered a custom case with a photo of my son and my dog to be printed on the back (photo attached), but what I received was just a plain case with no photo at all. Completely missed the whole point of the order.
Trying to resolve this was even more frustrating. The only way to contact them was via email, and their communication was poor. There was no real attempt at resolving the issue — they simply responded saying the order was “correct.” That’s honestly hard to believe considering what I received.
For a product that cost me over $110, I expected a lot better service and at least some accountability. The lack of proper support, no real conflict resolution, and a weak refund/replacement process made the whole experience disappointing.
I stopped buying from them after this, and I’d strongly suggest avoiding customised orders. Not worth the risk.

SHAMEFUL EXPERIENCE: 70€ for a "case-trap" and zero support.
I am writing this to warn potential buyers. I am rating this two stars solely because DHL shipping was exceptionally fast and efficient, but the product quality and Casetify’s professional conduct are absolutely subpar.
I purchased the Clear Case (Order #29814861) for my iPhone 17 Pro Max for about €70. For such a premium price point, I expected a high-end product; instead, I received a case with appalling rigidity. It feels like a block of hardened plastic, as slippery as a bar of soap and utterly inflexible. While installing the phone was difficult enough, removing it is virtually impossible. I am now forced to keep it on because there is a genuine, constant risk of scratching the aluminum frame of my iPhone due to the excessive friction and the brute force required to move it even a millimeter. It is paradoxical that an accessory designed for protection poses a direct threat to the device's aesthetic integrity.
Furthermore, their Customer Service is abysmal. I have sent 5 separate emails regarding order #29806296, which I have been trying to CANCEL for days before shipment. Despite my repeated follow-ups, they have completely failed to acknowledge or respond to a single inquiry, trying to force the shipment of an unwanted order. It is disgraceful for a company with such a massive marketing budget to 'ghost' its customers post-purchase. You are left completely stranded once the transaction is complete.
The bottom line: Do not be misled by social media ads or fast delivery. If you value your iPhone’s condition and expect actual support, avoid this brand. Paying about €70 for a case you cannot remove without risking damage to your device is sheer madness. I demand a full refund for the defective case and the immediate cancellation of order #29806296. Terrible experience.

Easily split on the sides
I loved this brand, I ordered twice from you because of the style and its durability.
Which is true, as you can drop your phone and it is well protected.
However, twice both of my cases gave up on me on my holiday. My last one was approximately 6 months old and had a same issue with the previous case.
When you are in a warmer climate these cases are can not handle it and just split on the sides.
So be aware that don’t expect them to last too long.
Which is a shame as they are expensive to last for such a short time!

Worst customer service ever. No phone and no email contact. Web form takes more than three days to reply. I have to send the item back within 7 days to get refund. You should know what I mean right? Don’t buy from them. I have never had any worst experience in online shopping for iPhone case and strap.
No it help by the way, I reply and ask them why can’t I just return in shop coz your late reply means I don’t have enough time to send it back. And Jayden didn’t reply since and so does the other customer care. The phone number he put in the email can’t reach you guys neither. Don’t pretend you guys care. Coz you don’t.

Navigation not very clear.
The navigation is not too smooth on phone - when I clicked something to add to cart, the page will jump to my shopping cart and there is no button to click to continue shopping. I would need to reload the page back to natvigate other products.
(It issue does not exit when using browser.)
On the payment page, it does not say that AE Card is not accepted so I tried several times but the payment can't go through. Then I have to opt for PayPal to pay with my AE Card.

I went to your new shop in YOHO mall located in yuen long HK several times in the past 1-2weeks, inquiry about the product information, but most of your staffs in blue shirts can't answer some general inquiries, and also with bad, inpolite manner to us, i am wonder if those blue shirts staffs are part time staff or sth?they seems didn't have proper training about your company products and customer service.
And the staffs in red shirts are very very good, professional and polite.
Those bad shopping experience made me feel bad and i rather online shopping than visiting your YOHO shop.
