Kylie is a dream to work with, and offers an invaluable service in Portugal for anyone looking to move. Moving abroad is a challenge, but Kylie makes the experience so seamless. She is incredibly professional, knowledgable and understands what needs to happen to get things done! I did a short scouting trip to Lisbon with Kylie and she was a pleasure to work with!

Kylie is thoroughly professional, organized and communicative thru out the process offering clear headed and creative solutions for finding the right apartment and getting the deal closed. She has an impressive network of traditional real estate contacts as well as a nose for finding the unpublished hidden gem. Kylie sends videos of all the places she previews for you and then gives a honest evaluation of the pluses and minuses of the apartment, the amenities, utilities, neighborhood, and the landlord. Kylie is our go to resource for all things Portuguese real estate and business investment.

I got an Airbnb in Lisbon to hunt for a long-term rental, but the process was more difficult than expected. After a month of trying, I was close to my deadline without much to show for it.

She facilitated all the viewings and created an online folder where we could track our progress, vídeo viewings etc. Right up to lease signing and all the little bits afterwards she was there to make sure the move was as smooth as possible. in short she was professional, patient and everything you would need to find your home. We live in California, so the time difference made it quite difficult to communicate and schedule viewings etc. with the landlords. But after hiring Kylie, everything went smoothly; all our worries (scammers, mold etc.) and stress went away knowing that she had our backs 100%.

After Kylie found us a house, she made sure everything both interior and exterior was okay, and that everything in our lease agreement was correct.

Kylie has been absolutely amazing to work with and i think every person relocating to Portugal needs her in their corner. She assisted me tremendously in getting a place her in Lisbon in a very good location. She also helped me set up my internet, water and electricity meaning i just had to move in. She also provides me with on going support for any questions i might have.

I personally think she should charge more for everything she does but being the amazing soul she is, she wont listen to a capitalist like me hahaha. In all seriousness she is amazing and i plan to work with her in future and i wont hesitate to recommend her to other people in future.

Kylie was instrumental in us finding a rental apartment in what is currently a highly competitive and volatile housing market in Lisbon. Even though we had done a lot of prior research, visited our target neighborhoods, understood the challenges in the market at this time and knew exactly what we wanted and didn't want, having Kylie as part of our apartment search made all the difference.

We were very impressed with how professional and organized she is with her planning, communication and execution. We received daily updates from her on our shortlists and new listings. She was always available and very responsive to all feedback and queries. She would visit apartments we couldn't visit and take very comprehensive videos that explained everything much better than any listing. She knew what we were looking for and that reflected in the options she presented to us as well as in the videos of the apartment reviews she did.

She also helped connect us with a lawyer to review the rental agreement and help with translating documents. Additionally, once we finalized our apartment, she made the moving in process really easy. Part of the services she offers, which was very useful for us, is getting the utilities setup. So, we had everything ready to go when we moved in.

Kylie, of Casa Azul, has been an indispensable part of our Lisbon apartment search. She is a pleasure to work with because she is an honest and clear communicator, organized, and has really respected the criteria that were most important to us when finding our new home.

We were able to work with Kylie in person to secure an apartment in Lisbon and another in Setúbal, for my mother. While searching on our own, we realized that we were finding many listings that weren’t actually available (either out of date or scams) or had trouble contacting the listing agents. Kylie was able to find out quickly if listings were available, set up viewings (or view them for us), and even present us with listings before they were listed publicly. She is able to search listings from multiple sources, as opposed to searching solely from one source. This is a big help in a market that moves so quickly.

She helped communicate with the owner’s listing agent to make sure things were understood on both sides, and coordinated with our attorney while our lease was reviewed and amended (a part of the rental process in Portugal). Through her experience and the relationships she has built with real estate professionals, she was able to help us understand how to navigate the rental process with reassurance that things were progressing as they should.

Most of all we appreciated the peace of mind knowing that someone was helping with an unfamiliar process.

Having read everything I could find online regarding relocating to Lisbon and speaking endlessly to expat friends, I was prepared for a slog. Then I was introduced to Kylie and her service.

I wasn't prepared for how kind, generous with her time, and plugged into the local real estate scene this transplanted Midwesterner was. She listened attentively to what I hoped to find, then found it. Quite remarkable.

Kylie, still to this day, continues to help me navigate relocating, is patient with my questions, and always has an answer—a consummate go-girl. Save yourself a lot of heartache, drama, and costly mistakes like I did, and you’ll also likely make a friend at the same time. Win-Win.

Kylie Adamic provides a valuable service in a challenging rental market. She was always on top of available rentals in my price range. Her follow through with landlords and me was excellent. Plus, she did video walk-throughs of the apartments for which I was accepted. This made a tremendous difference as photos only tell part of the story. Her knowledge of the various neighborhoods made my choice so much easier. Kylie was a joy to work with and I could not have found an apartment without her.
