KYLIE is awesome! She is communicative and organized. She found exactly what we wanted in the neighborhood we wanted. We worked with here while relocating from New Zealand. She stayed on top of listings and detailed to process.

Kylie is the full package. I am so glad we did not try to do this without her. Especially in navigating Portuguese bureaucracy and customs her help was essential in making things go smoothly. Cannot recommend enough and worth far more than she charges!

I had moved several times to many different cities and I wish I had Kylie each time because she made it so incredibly smooth. She is so sweet and happy to answer any questions, she also won’t stop until you are 100% happy with your home (even if it means she has to jump through more hoops). Her eye for detail also saved me a few times in some listings that would have later been an issue (and I would have never caught on my own).

Don’t hesitate to work with Kylie, she is amazing! Kylie takes the time to listen to you and find properties that fit your needs. She is a great communicator, organized, thoughtful overall a joy to work with. She’s willing to go the extra mile and find exactly what you are looking for.

Attention to detail and exceptional service. My wife and I worked with Kylie via email and video conference in discussing what our needs and wants were for our transition. All of our questions were answered and so many more details were brought to our attention that we didn't even know to ask. Kylie always polite, professional and prompt. During our process, Kylie was instrumental in helping us build a realistic timeline for our move and an invaluable resource in discussing neighborhoods, homes and navigating local customs and many of the unwritten rules of the Portuguese administration. Our time with Kylie always felt personalized and professional, often times feeling Kylie went well above and beyond what we expected. Kylie and team did a great job of finding potential places and we had negotiated a place when my circumstances changed. Kylie and team were able to adapt and put the process on hold and were ready to pick it up again on my signal. Kylie was great at communicating what I needed from my side and they had templates to help me get started without confusion.

I feel so fortunate to have been connected with Kylie Anne to help me find an apartment in Portugal. I was relocating to Portugal under the D7 Visa which, as you may or may not know, requires you to have contracted living arrangements before you can even apply for the visa. Which is definitely a daunting task when you live 6000 miles away. Enter Kylie Anne! She is kind, caring, knowledgeable and very good at what she does.

We started with a conversation to see if we would be a good fit and it took off from there. She had asked me what my “deal breakers” were and other criteria that might be important to me and we were off to the races. She came back with a number listings that she thought might be a fit for me along with quite a few photos that gave me a feel for the place. If it was a yes on my end then should would schedule a walk through and send me the corresponding video so I could make a more informed decision. She was also completely transparent about whatever she observed or thought about a place that I should take into consideration before making a decision i.e. availability of parking, distance to the Metro, the “hilliness” of the surrounding area and the like.

After looking at a few places and due to a delay from one of the seller, we were really getting down to the wire. That’s when we found an amazing apartment in the perfect neighborhood for me. I was absolutely delighted! However, we were about 5 days out from my visa application appointment and we really needed things to move at a pretty fast pace. Well, in a matter of days, Kylie Anne had a contract for me to peruse which was then sent to the attorney she had lined up to go over the documents with my notes/concerns, then back to the owner, and then back to me and so on and so on. There was money to transferred from my Portuguese bank account for the deposit and the initial rent payment. Which I wasn’t sure how to do and Kylie Anne walked me through all of it. She also kept nudging the owners so that we got everything accomplished in a timely fashion. Ultimately, everything was signed seal and delivered the day before my Visa appointment. Even with all of the magic that Kylie Ann had already worked on my behalf, once the terms of the contract were finalized, Kylie Anne had negotiated a contract that literally saved me thousands of dollars on my rental costs.

But wait… There’s more!
Kylie Anne also had set up my utilities (phone, internet, cable, electric, gas and water) so that everything would be ready to go when I arrived. That was just a god-send.

And lastly, but certainly not least… I had made prior arrangements to be picked up at the airport with all of my luggage and bins in tow to be taken to my new apartment. However, when I arrived, due to a series of unfortunate circumstances, there was no one there to greet me. I had already been in communication with Kylie Anne because she was going to be waiting for me at my new apartment. Long story short, Kylie Anne came and picked me up at the airport! We put as much as we could in her car and then I took and Uber with the rest. Talk about going above and beyond!

So for me, Kylie Anne is truly a miracle worker! I’m quite sure that I would have been an absolute mess in trying to accomplish this without her help.
She is absolutely worth her weight in gold.

We had a great experience with CasaAzul and Kylie. She listened to our needs and desires when it came to a Lisbon apartment and location, and they weren't easy for a family of 5. While going in, we understood that the process to find a rental was going to be different than anything we experienced in the US, we were communicated thoughtfully throughout and we always new where we stood on places. We are very happy with the location and apartment she found for us. I would say the greatest value came following our arrival as we had some issues with hot water and stove/oven. Kylie went above and beyond to help sort these out with the landlord and get these issues solved quickly. We were very happy and fortunate to have such a great resource and would recommend CasaAzul to anyone looking for a rental in Portugal.

Kylie helped us find our new home in Lisbon and so much more. We cannot imagine having made this move without her help. We really appreciated the time she spent to get to know us first and vice versa to be sure it was a good fit. Throughout the process she was attentive and focused on finding us a place that was just right for us. She continues to be a resource for all of our questions about Lisbon and the ex Pat experience. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

Kylie was an invaluable resource in helping us find an apartment in Lisbon. She listened to what we were looking for and guided us through the process of finding the perfect place to land. I just wish we had hired her sooner. We had only two weeks left until our visa appointment and still didn’t have a signed lease. We thought we could find a rental on our own, but unfortunately, the realtors we’d worked with weren’t very helpful.
Kylie not only secured a signed lease for us within those two weeks, but she also found us a beautiful apartment in the perfect location! On top of that, she arranged our utilities, SIM cards, and WiFi - things that would have taken us so much longer to sort out ourselves.
Throughout the entire process, Kylie was incredibly helpful, responsive, and on top of everything. She answered all our questions promptly and made the whole experience so much easier. I truly can’t thank her enough! If you want to save yourself time and stress, don’t wait until the last minute like we did, hire Kylie early in the process. You won’t regret it.

Found our dream house!

We worked with Kylie to find a home for our family relocating to the Setubal region, just south of Lisbon. It was a tough ask, because there are not many homes available in the area we were looking at. Kylie was a fantastic problem solver, and found us a home that was off the rental market, being used as an Airbnb, and talked the owner into offering us a long-term lease. It's a beautiful home in the perfect location for us, and we never would have found it without her.
She helped negotiate the lease, sort out our utilities, phone contracts, and WiFi so everything was set for us to just walk in the door after arriving in Portugal. I can't recommend her services enough!

I can’t put into words how amazing my experience with Kylie was. Finding a new home in Portugal with 4 pets was one of my biggest concerns during my international move, and Kylie was there for me every step of the way. Kylie worked a miracle in a very short period of time (less than 1 month). I found Kylie on a Facebook group and contacted her immediately because of the rave reviews that were given. She was highly responsive and worked to find me a terrific apartment based off of my criteria--she even set up the utilities.
