I was working with customer service from the vendor for three months to get a refund for returned products. I kept getting told it was in process. But it was not.
As soon as I found the CartPanda customer service contact, this was resolved in just a few hours. After a short time it was assigned to a team member. He was clear in what he needed to get the matter resolved. As soon as I responded to his request for clarification he went to work and in minutes notified me that he was processing the refund.
CartPanda's service team was courteous and efficient. I wish I had started with them. I highly recommend them.

I purchased product from Gela Tide believing it was the FDA approved product that Dr. Oz sells. When I discovered it wasn't, I immediately contacted Gela Tide. Lots of we can give you 10% off. When I said no they upped it to 20% off. We went through this rigamarole until they hit 40%. Every email they sent me I clearly stated that due to medical issues I could not use their product. Round & round we went with their complicated return policy. Once I got approval for the refund, I only got a partial refund after waiting many weeks. When I contacted cartpanda they told me I didn't send the return in time. I had an email that confirmed the refund and the amount. I still had to repeatedly email back & forth with them numerous times. Finally, Madela handled my complaint & got my refund processed 6-1-26. My original order was charged 3-2-26. Three months is totally unacceptable. Makes me wonder if they receive a cut of anything they don't refund.
Big was very timely in assisting me with my order I had an issue with my account at the bank and unfortunately wasn’t able to process my order.Bofi was able to cancel my order. Thanks a lot to the support team

Absolutely horrible! They are liars & thieves! Do not trust them! I bought a product through them that I returned within 20 days, back in Feb. I paid $433.00 for this product. They confirmed they received the product back and that was back in beginning of March. I have over 20 calls to them and have been promised my refund to many times to count. Not once have they even attempted to refund my money is what my bank says. Anyway 4 months later, now my bank is going after them. Horrible horrible company to deal with!!

Worst customer service I ever witnessed sent me a $20 item instead of a $294 item I had ordered then offered me a refund of less than a third of what I paid. I said I wanted the original item and they said I had to send a picture of the old item 1st this one on for several cycles approximately six still hasn’t been resolved still sending me the same form letter just terrible service
I had an issue with a product I purchased so I contacted Cartpanda and they replied the next day. They were able to resolve the issue and refunded the amount I paid. They were very easy to deal with and provided a very positive outcome.

The $300.00 refund was received (half of the purchase amount).
Obtaining a refund for a product that didn't work for me and was advertised as 'TRY IT RISK FREE' and '30 DAY MONEYBACK GUARANTEE'.
As soon as the process for a refund starts, it becomes a hellish bureaucratic nightmare.
After 54 days of negotiations, a settlement was reached with the Support Team | Sugar Control for $336.00.
Then, out of nowhere comes an immediate update to your internal financial processing protocols and the settlement of $336.00 vanished (like it never happened). That is a shoddy business practice!!!
My file was passed to another, and I had to start from square one.
Simultaneously, the Cartpanda Team was emailing me, stating I was not eligible for a refund. His reason was a LIE!!!
I found this guy to be a shady character.
History:
(from purchase date to refund received)
January 24th, 2026 (purchase date) to March 5th, 2026 (product received date) = 40 days
Mar 17, 2026 (refund request date) to May 27, 2026 (refund received) = 72 days
I estimate that more money was spent on time, effort, other resources, and salaries to reach an agreement than if Cartpanda had issued a full refund in the first place.
This company is not one that I'll ever do business with again.
After attempting unsuccessfully for several months to procure a refund from memogenesis, I reached out to cartpanda. Dealing with their team was like a breath of fresh air. They were professional, helpful and responded quickly. After providing details of my return, my appeal was approved and my money was returned.

Eventhough the supplement Revitahlow was a real scam, Cartpanda who is the shipper, did respond promptly to my refund request. They gave me 3 fair options to choose from and I receive my money back in a timely fashion.Thanks for your help Gomes!

I had been trying to get a refund from BurnSlim for a product that was not working for me. They offered a money-back guarantee. No questions asked. That was bull. First they tried to talk me out of it and when I explained that I wanted my refund, the runaround began. Finally after 2 months, I checked on my PayPal account and found that the payment was processed through CartPanda. I emailed them and within 24 hours, João, had taken care of me. I like the fact that once I had contacted the online support team, through email, they were quick to process my refund, once I’d provided evidence of purchase, and return receipt of postage of goods. So that was great and very reassuring to me to use them again to make a purchase. What I dislike was when I first dealt with the telephone team. Their persuasion tactic was 100% in trying to persuade me to keep the product and get 50% refund. The product was not working for me, I developed skin issues. I was also told that I only had 30 days to claim a refund. Carpanda deals with different sellers, therefore the team should adapt accordingly. My product clearly stated I had 180 days to return for a refund.
