Cartpanda refunded 75% of the money I had spent on a totally useless supplement - Ozemfit. To receive à full refund I had to return the product at my own expense to Holland and based on the reviews i didnt think it was worth the hassle to then potentially not be refunded. They should not represent such a scam product that uses completely false advertising

Bloody shocking company to work with. I watched a Joe Dispenza video that went for friggn ages. At the end there was an offer, which was buy 3 to 6 bottles of this elixir & you receive 2 free gifts. I received an email with my order from ‘this friggn scammer company ‘CARTPANDA’ & ‘no free gifts. Soooo back & fourth with 4 different idiots (Shiele N, Sara de, Varela & Kristel). Al promising they’ll look after you. Then 3 offers to chose from. I sent back an agreement for ‘offer 2, which was 50% off, which I felt was fair seeing I was only looking to be compensated for the ‘2 free gifts’. Well - not heard a peep from them since. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY - THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. THE ARE SCAMMERS. This was between June 3rd am to June 6th late pm

I ordered 6 bottles of Burnslim costing…
I ordered 6 bottles of Burnslim costing me $470 AUD which I thought was expensive but it was supposed to be 6 months supply so I went ahead. Firstly it was delivered to the wrong address and when I eventually received it there were only 3 bottles instead of 6. I enquired about this and was told that the other 3 bottles would arrive at a later date but before the first batch was finished. I waited and waited but no more Burnslim arrived. I emailed Cartpanda and was put in touch with João who was very apologetic and said he would look into the matter for me. He then came back with an offer of 50% refund but no Burnslim which was what I wanted. I declined the offer. Then he came back with an offer of 75% refund which I eventually agreed to as there was no way I was going to get my other 3 bottles of Burnslim. I’m now just waiting for the refund to be sent to my account. Moral of the story if something seems too good to be true then it is!!! I would never order anything else from them.

Jelly Lean - The advertisement was for one product…
This is for GoHealthySo product called Jelly Lean. The video I watched was about natural gelatin and some sublingual drops that you would put under your tongue and of course it painted this beautiful story how all this natural stuff works together. So I thought I’d try it and when it came, it turned out to be Gummies basically made of apple cider vinegar and sugar. Not at all what the video led you to believe. So either they misrepresented the product or I misunderstood it. Either way I appreciate cart pandas business, but research probably needs to be done on the products that they guarantee. They did offer me a refund at 50% the rate and no return of product or I pay the shipping to get the product back to them and upon approval I guess I would get a full refund actually I’m not sure. I took the 50% rate just because I was thoroughly unimpressed and didn’t appreciate being misled in my opinion. The advertisement was for one product and the product received was a different product. Very shady. Do not recommend this product of Jelly Lean or the deceptive advertising practices.
