The system slowed me quick access
The system slowed down not allowing me quick access. Rachel and Nikki where very supportive and made me feel at ease, even thought póor communication with the buyer. However, as soon as the loan was sercured, the communication was very poor. Now I had the loan the buyer was still holding back on doing jobs before pick up. Now after the loan your system is slow and even none response. Chatting to an AI ninja is not helpful.
So again to repeate. The staff where great, your system stinks.

Thank you to my Mr Arsalan (the customer service agent) and all of you at CarMoney for your help. Absolutely immense customer service. It made buying a car really easy and hassle free. CarMoney did all the work for me and kept me updated daily with texts and calls. I just had to fill out a few forms on my phone. Super friendly team and just a breath of fresh air in 2026: we need more companies like this with the right attitude and customer service. A+ service.
