Extremely poor service
Extremely poor service. Unable to accommodate simple requests to add frequent flyer details which has resulted in significant additional costs for seat allocations. Ignored emails including failing to even acknowledge a formal complaint. Would never use again

I unfortunately had to change part of my flight. I used the virtual chat and was connected to Jimmy Anderson, who to be perfectly honest was an absolute superstar. He not only helped me change it , he stayed with me through the whole process explaining each step . I wish all customer service assistant could be as efficient and helpful as. Used the chat on their website to confirm details prior to booking - the response was quick and helpful. The booking process was smooth and straightforward. Their price for the booked flight was highly competitive, almost half of the price listed on the airline's website!
