⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely fantastic service from Angela!

I had such a brilliant experience with Carlton Leisure, and Angela in particular. I needed to make some changes to my flights over a weekend and was amazed that I was able to speak to someone so easily.

Angela was an absolute godsend. She sorted everything out incredibly quickly and efficiently, made the whole process completely stress-free, and was so friendly and helpful throughout.

It’s quite rare these days to receive such genuinely personal and efficient customer service, particularly when you need help at a weekend. I was hugely impressed.

I would absolutely use Carlton Leisure again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them — and a huge thank you to Angela for being so fantastic!

I have recently purchased a multi city flights. Air Canada changed aircraft on one of the flights. When I spoke to Nimi, she helped me to get my new seats, as I could not get through to AC.

We originally booked our UK to Washington (4 nights) and then Toronto (3 nights) flights with Oscar at Carlton Leisure as he found flights that suited our timings which we couldn’t find anywhere else.

On the morning we were due to fly from Washington to Toronto there was an electric thunderstorm in Toronto that grounded all flights. Air Canada tried rebooking us 3 times all of which were cancelled in the space of 4hrs. All phone lines to airlines had 3HR+ wait times and all online flights were immediately overbooked/full. We decided to call Oscar and asked him to get us on a direct flight in 2days time from Washington to UK (take out Toronto leg of the holiday) which would allow us to stay put and prolong our holiday in Washington. Carlton worked tirelessly, with speed and expertise to secure the last few seats on another airline and had this authorised without any additional fees to us. He kept us updated continuously during this phase which meant we were able to check back into our Washington hotel and enjoy our extended stay without any stress. We will be booking all our holidays via Oscar at Carlton Leisure going forward and our friends and family will also as this level of skill and service is unbeatable. Thank you for saving our holiday Oscar so seamlessly in such a complex situation.

I have no hesitations in booking with Carlton leisure. They are very responsive and helpful. One of our flights had a schedule change which meant that we were left with a 13 hour layover. Oscar was a real help in getting us booked on an alternative flight for the same day at no extra cost.
