I would have given one extra star for the delivery (star number six). The truck driver drove the truck into the garden and delivered the pallet in front of the front door which is 11 meters away from the sidewalk.
The truck driver was very friendly and helpfull!

Collection 11478090 was scheduled for collection on 13.03. It was not collected. The online customer service informed me on the morning of 14.03 that it would be collected on 14.03. Today is 16.03 and the collection still has not been made. We will probably lose this valuable customer.

After reviewing the case, we found that our driver was on-site on both Thursday and Friday but was unfortunately unable to collect the shipment due to a missing reference. We acknowledge that this reference was correctly provided during booking, and we regret the miscommunication on our partner's side.
Please rest assured that we have already rescheduled the collection for today. We truly appreciate your patience and your communication with our team via email and chat this morning.

A super easy system but with a hole in it!
The whole booking, payment process was very smooth. However, I chose a pick up date specifically, but it didn't take a place until I found out Cargoboard's partner company didn't show up and had to contact Cargoboard to figure it out.
I understand in a nature of this business, delay can happen often, but if you don't notify the client, and the clients have to find out and ask you, it's not a good system, you should work on this.
[Update on 12.02.2025:]
After I got the reply from Cargoboard, I was very disappointed how they deal with the complaints. You can take a look into the order history and it clearly said;
Planned collection date: 13.1.2025
Planned delivery date: 16.01.2025
On the histroy it said already
Fr, 17.01.2025, 10:30 o'clock
The consignment arrives late at the delivery warehouse.
Shipment successfully delivered
Delivered On: 20.01.2025 12:06
So there was clearly a delay. Furthermore, IF I didn't push them on the day after the collection date, in order to understand why the pick-up didn't happen, it wouldn't have happened because until I contacted them I heard nothing from them. Even after the inquiry, they kept telling me they would contact but never happened. A quick feedback they should have it and don't say it was completed without delay when it was clearly NOT.

Not a serious company.
My package was supposed to come in 1 to 2 business days so obviously you have to be home for it. I took two days off just so I could be here. It never came and when you ask customer service they say they are checking but never anything of substance. A week later it’s still not here. It says it’s out for delivery and gives you a time but that time just keeps changing. Ridiculous company that shouldn’t be trusted or used.

The customer service via chat was fast and super kind, and they dealt with this even though it was not their problem. Also, they called me to confirm what precise date I would like to receive the package and they offered to give me a call to tell me a precise hour slot when it would come.

Still poor!
What a shame I can’t respond to your reply regarding the incredibly poor service delivery. What you failed to mention was the 5 missed delivery dates with no communication whatsoever and drivers pretending that they had been given the wrong information which was untrue. Once again…no reason or apology! Still a zero rating if only it was possible- from us!
