@Eduard Bauer - because you made a mistake with informing the bank about the death of someone - account owner. If someone dies you should immediately 1) pay out the money from the account using the card
2) try to transfer the money to your account

only then you should inform the bank about the death, when the account is empty. (Assuming that you are entitled to inheritance as family member )

food is very good but the two management faults:
