Klavs was absolutely meticulous in the inspection he undertook of the car I was looking to purchase. Even though I'd requested the premium service I was still surprised (and impressed) by how much time he spent and how thorough the inspection was. He highlighted the issues of highest concern and gave estimates of how much the issues might cost to rectify. An absolute professional and pleasant person to deal with. I would unreservedly recommend Klavs.

Klaus did a great job on a post-purchase inspection for us.

He arrived on time and was very communicative, happy to talk about what we were looking to find out about the vehicle, explain his findings and take the time to do things very, very thoroughly.

We appreciated his flexibility to take one of us with him on the test drive and the patience to go over the fine points of his examination. Klaus identified some key information that we would never have spotted without his help and overall gave us the peace of mind we were looking for in respect of the vehicle. The written report was extremely detailed and useful as well.

I had a response to my late requet10 minutes after I emailed at 11.20pm. The carexamer appointme was punctually attended the following day. The engineer was polite, professional, knowledgeable and responsive to many questions I had for him.
The report was detailed and helped reduce the price of the car. Your engineer provided much advice and showed extreme dedication to his work. A very good experience all around. I will refer this important qualified help from carexamer to many others, as your organisation deserves as much publicity as possible.

I was looking to buy a car a long way from home and was worried about being able to properly inspect it but Carexamer made the whole process incredibly easy and took all the worry away. Very thorough check . Excellent communication before and after with instant verbal feedback followed by e mail with everything written out . Process was very efficient with access available for chatting with inspector . Cheaper than AA for similar standard of check and AA gave me a wait time of 4 days as opposed to next day with CarExamer . Def 5 stars for this.

Inspection was carried out at very short notice at my request and on a Sunday which I did not think would be an option. I had initially contacted the AA for the inspection but was given a 5 day wait window and for a similar inspection the AA was more expensive. Communication at all stages was excellent and I was given easy access to convey any messages or requests to the inspector. The whole process was very very efficient. Immediately after the inspection I received a call to tell me the results and shortly after that the detailed written inspection along with several faults . Great service ! Very happy , Thank you !

Really helpful service from initial phone call to inspection which found that the mileage which said 14000 miles was in reality 85000 miles! Saved me from a terrible illegal purchase can’t thank the inspector enough and will definitely use again really really excellent service and I appreciated the follow up phone call from the inspector himself as well as receiving a written report
