This is my first time using the service and everything is nice and tight, the inspection can proceed one day after booking, which is pretty impressive.

The inspection report showed something that I couldn't find in my car viewing and test drive, and the follow-up call from inspector Klavs provided all the necessary information which is crucial for me to decide whether I should buy that vehicle. And I'm very appreciative of his professional knowledge and advice that helped me away from a big lemon.

Happy with the very detailed inspection of the vehicle I was unable to inspect prior to purchase. Klavs reported in detail which allowed me to successfully request new brakes discs/pads be installed prior to purchase. Th inspection also highlighted several areas of future potential cost which I can now preemptively plan for and do any preventative works. Such a service is indispensable if buying a used car.

This is my second time using the service and I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of details and insights. I’m now confident that I have the best knowledge about the vehicle I’d like to buy. The report highlighted things i would have never been able to spot by myself.

I was thinking of buying a Cat S insurance repair and thought that I had better check the van out properly. I paid for a the full check...and it was superb.
I'm so gald that i did. I got a very full report and endless photos of the poor repair.

Klavs carried out a thorough inspection as requested and was easy to communicate with considering the time zone difference as I hadn't seen the vehicle in person.

Whilst not cheap compared to competitors, the service provided is unparalled, detailne report including Pictures and an audio file. Great job!

I needed a vehicle inspection to be done within 48 hours and a seller who couldn't be with the car during the day. I tried the RAC first; they couldn't come for 3 days, didn't do any appointments after 4 pm and none at weekends. The AA was even worse; their last appoinment was 2 pm.
CarExamer provide inspections up to 8 pm and cover weekends. I booked on a Wednesday and made an appointment for 6 pm the next day. I had an ongoing dialogue with the inspector, Klavs, before the inspection visit so I could direct him to specific things I was interested in (I hadn't driven the car so I wanted to know about steering and clutch and brakes, how it drove, that sort of thing).
Klavs liaised with the seller to arrange the visit. I got notified when the inspection started and ended and had a report delivered by email later that evening. It covered lots of things, despite being only the 'basic' inspection. Klavs also provided his comments and passed his verbal opinion on to the vehicle's seller, who passed that on to me. I went ahead and bought the car and I'm very pleased with it. A (good) inspection report from a bloke that does it every day for a living gave me confidence that the vehicle was in good shape!
All round good experience and no hesitation in using again or recommending to others.

Overall very good service and detailed report. Able to perform inspection next day of booking which is the best part, as AA and RAC were giving dates after a week.

The mechanic Klavs that inspected the car (BMW E90 330i msport), I now own was very clear and Frank in his verbal descriptions of the car, highlighting what was good about it and pointing out current issues and anything that could become a problem in the foreseeable future. Five stars
