I would have appreciated a call after I received the scooter to find out how it was. The horn isn't working properly. It is very silent and needs to be louder. They seem to not care if their product was received in satisfactory condition,

The ordering and delivery went great

The ordering and delivery went great
It's been downhill since then.
Two things went wrong starting two Fridays ago, nothing has been taken care of yet
Considering returning scooter, I was told something went wrong a tech in my area would handle it, I (70 years old) was told get on the ground and do this do that which I did,,,nothing
Then the charger was bad I was told a new charger would be sent in two day. Tracking has it coming Friday, a week later

Well pleased

I bought this scooter for my wife. We have been extremely pleased with the prompt delivery and the scooter has lived up to the advertisement. It has performed extremely well.

I love my scooter

I love my scooter. It fits in the trunk of my car so easy to transport. Unfolds quickly. I will take it with me on a plane next month so will see how that does.

It's just what I wanted at a price I …

It's just what I wanted at a price I could afford. The scooter was delivered right to my door, with minimal assembly required, and the battery was fully charged. I've used it more than I expected to, including during a rain storm and it performed wonderfully.

I bought the E-72 in red

I bought the E-72 in red. WOW! It's so beautiful, lots of compliments . Turning radius could be better? Bounces so much on its lift, I think it's going to "jump" off. Easy to operate and so much fun. I'm starting to notice them everywhere I go. I LOVE IT!
