Bought a foldable wheelchair and am delighted with it.
It is compact and takes up 25% of the space a normal wheelchair would take in the boot.
So it is always there to enable mobility

The Coniston chair is very comfortable and good support for my back problems. It compliments my living room.

Super friendly staff who took us through all the in's and Out's showed us many of the ranges of mobility scooters and demonstrated our pick of them. Showed the controls and how to disassemble and reassemble them for car transport. Also went through all the paperwork explaining everything for us altogether a thoroughly enjoyable experience and a great service 👍

Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and quick assistance received. Nothing is too much trouble and they ensure you are completely satisfied with everything. The customer care is extremely good with same day emails in addition to written confirmation. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for advice and information with regards to mobility products.

John was very good and carefull with my wife Veronica he was never pushy, Infact. Very informative kind polite and tried lots of strollers till she felt comfortable with the one she picked. Then she also brought a trolly as well. Stoke on trent was a good shop.and very exsecabl 10 out of 10

The salesman in your branch on the Horspath Industrial Estate a Peter Roberts was very knowledgeable about the recliner chairs and was such a lovely person he explained everything so well and made choosing the right chair for my 94 year old mother a very nice experience. I would also say that your website is very good and easy to understand.

Called at the Newcastle store to look at powered chairs. Greeted by Dawn who asked appropriate questions to assess my needs. Offered 2 options - 1 I had tested last year but hadn’t made a decision, the other was a new model. I test drive both in store and Dawn went outside to the car with my sister to make that the chair would fit into the boot of my car.
I have to say Dawn was fabulous. Friendly, informative but at no time did I feel under any pressure to buy anything - my feeling is that they prefer the customer to make an informed decision based on personal needs rather than them putting a tick in the “sold” box. The other staff on shift in the store were also very friendly and chatty to my sister and I whilst we were there.
Brilliant experience - highly recommended.

Haven't actually received the product yet, but the process of ordering and paying was seamless.

There was an enormous range of wheelchairs and other products on display. Sian was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable, explaining in detail the difference between various models which we were able to try out. We were given thinking time to make up our minds.
Highly recommend.

We were looking for a mobility scooter and went to Careco in Exeter. We were approached by a lovely lady with a big smile who proceeded to show us a variety of scooters. We chose a X-Go Astro with extras, paid for it and it was ordered. It arrived 24 hours later! Great service. Thank you Careco but THANK YOU Lesley Cornish, you are a very good sales woman who put our minds at rest, you are certainly an asset to Careco.

You have everything a disabled person needs and hopefully delivered reasonably quick

I had to take my walker back because one of the brakes would not work. The manager was very helpful had a look and said that it could not be fixed so he would give me a brand-new one. That’s not many people or many places would do that I would recommend careco to my friends once again thank you very much for the manager of the Braintree showroom and all the staff
