Trying out bits of equipment and speedy dispatching of it

My grading is based on my visit to the Care co premises in Leeds and my telephone conversation in which I placed my order. I went to the Leeds showroom to look at mobility scooters and to try some out. There was no shortage of scooters to try and equally, no shortage of assistance and advice. Having looked at the range available and discussed my needs and expectations with one of the advisers I felt able to make an informed choice. This was made easier as I was encouraged to test drive scooters and even allowed to take one apart to ensure it would fit in my car boot. I was given sufficient information to take home and consider my purchase and also sent an email confirming the offer, which I received later that afternoon. The following day I contacted the showroom by phone and placed my order. Everyone I spoke to during this process was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I now look forward to my new scooter with considerable enthusiasm.

Felt at very relaxed in the store, with what seems a happy store with staff smiling. We were helped by Andrew who asked lots of questions to find out what we needed.
