Ben Leaver was really helpful in resolving an issue I had with access. He responded very quickly and established the issue straight away.

We haven’t been using Care Check for very long yet, but our experience so far has been very positive. The customer service has been excellent, and our contact, Ben Leaver, has been especially helpful with any queries we’ve had. Any issues have been dealt with quickly and efficiently, which has made the whole process smooth and reassuring. Great support so far and we look forward to continuing to use the service.

Had a chase up equiry about my dbs. Emily W was very helpful with step by step instructions and information about who to contact to find out which police department it was held at. Very prompt service throughout. Excellent customer service.
