We’ve been using Care Check for enhanced DBS checks for over a year now and the service has been excellent throughout. The process is straightforward, communication is clear, and the team are always very helpful.

A special thank you to Emily W, who has been incredibly supportive and patient in answering my many questions as I’ve become more familiar with the DBS process. She always keeps me updated and responds promptly, which has made things much less stressful for a small growing business.

First time using Carecheck, I had a lot of questions but Chloe Emptage was amazingly helpful (and incredibly patient), her depth of knowledge was reassuring and and I felt guided all the way through. Also might I add, super fast (I mean super fast) turn around times. Would definitely recommend.

I had to provide my dbs certificate for my work as soon as possible, so I emailed to enquiry about my application process. 'Emily M' helped me with checking my application and replying that the process was completed, and I received my certificate a few days later.
