READ THIS: Bought from & Sold to Card Kingdom.

I have Bought from & Sold to Card Kingdom in the past and then multiple times over the last 2 months. I've always had a great experience with them. Even though I experienced slightly longer processing/shipping times its understandable with Covid and the Holidays so I don't hold that against them (plus its also on USPS/FedEx etc.). I had one really minor issue on a recent order, they responded fast along with promptly fixing it and even giving me a store credit for what happened. I'm always pleased with their customer service and extremely accurate and fair grading process. I'm already working on more orders to sell/buy with them. Its my favorite place online related to MTG definitely give them a try you won't regret it.

Scammers

Do not shop here , they are scammers on a whole another level, I am from Australia I ordered frist item that came to $50 , no problem so I order again this time just over $100 no problem agian . so ok I thought to get what I rwally needed because the past orders went without a hitch so I place an order worth over $300. Now my order is delayed even tho I paid extra for my post to be sent quicker, I have tried to call them multiple times, can not get anyone over the phone you are instead force to leave a voicemail, you get emails from the company customer support. they gave me no answers to my questions. They Just gave me tracking numbers that wasn't even working at the time, they don't care . I have been rip of my money , they stole my money and to make it worst , I had one email saying they will refund my shipping cost thats it , nothing else.

Be warned people to do shop here , they take your money and won't ship your products to you... there is tons of great sites that deal in TCG and hobbies just don't use card kingdom .

Card Kingdom doesn't compare to local shops

In late July I had decided to try out Card Kingdom instead of my local shops. This decision was done purely out of curiosity for the service.

Several weeks pass and I begin to get frustrated. My package still has not arrived, and when I check the shipping tracker my cards are even farther away. The seller was located in Seattle, and that's not an issue since I live over in Ontario. Yet, the package somehow managed its way from Seattle down to San Francisco extending the shipping time by almost 2 weeks.

On August 23rd I was able to pick up my package. But before I could do that I'd first be required to pay a $41 CAD duties fee and taxation. This was the cherry on top for why I will never use Card Kingdom again. Not only did I wait almost a month to receive my cards! Once I finally get them I'm slapped in the face with a $41 fee.

I am really disappointed with the service, and ended up spending $300 CAD for cards I should have bought at my local store for $220 CAD. I'm a university student who plays Magic The Gathering on the side, and money is extremely tight for me.

The WORST shipping in the Multiverse

Ordered cards on 7th July 2021, I stay in South Africa. I paid $29.99 for transport, no option to chose what delivery, but for $29.99 they should use FedEx or an international courier. Instead they posted it... Received cards on 23rd of August 2021. Almost 2 months later. If you are based in SA I'd suggest using another company.

Good experiences with CK

I've done several orders with these guys now and they're awesome. Quality takes time and the post office is slow these days. Can't hardly fault them for that. They have excellent customer service and reply fast. Thanks CK

I was told that my order would process…

I was told that my order would process in 72 hours hours. After initially reaching out after 5 days, I was told my order would be shipped that night. This was a lie as it took another 48 hours to be shipped. I was also told that my order would be shipped with expedited shipping, since I had called three times at this point to complain. Today it went into shipping status, and won't arrive until Monday the 12th without expedited shipping shipping. I placed my order at 4 am on the 2nd. Do yourself a favor, and order from TCGplayer.

Poor customer service

I have put in 3 tickets over the last 15 days with no response. I will no longer be working with your company. You guys are shady and deserve to crumble. With the amount of money I have thrown you way I thought I’d get a response and you can’t even give me that. I will never recommend you to anyone.

Great service

Great service, they were happy to help and did what we needed VERY quickly. We would like to give a shout out but we didn't catch his name, sadly. Anyways we accidentally ordered the same cards twice and took him less than three minutes to cancel our order, 10/10 would recommend.

Online buyer who loves the experience

So let me start with, I live in VA. I only use Card Kingdom for there online buying. I got hooked into them from the command zone always talking Bout them. They really are super fast with there shipping and very friendly. I've been ordering from them for years now and never once had an issue. One time I needed to alter an order and called. They were friendly and fixed it quickly. I rarely review stuff but this is a great mtg shop. They even do these really cool hand drawn tokens if you ask them. Love the vibe, so keep being awesome!

Quick, fair, and excellent to sell to.

These guys delivered *exactly* what they promised and more! When I sent a chunk of common lands in just to fill the package space and protect the valuable cards, I specifically stated in my note that they weren't part of the sell order and were only there for "filler." Nevertheless Card Kingdom still went ahead and graded them and added more money to my existing sell order, which they paid promptly. I have no hesitation recommending these guys if you have cards to sell.

simply incredible

they were fantastic, ordered the singles for 2 commander decks and the cards were in excellent condition, some better than listed. That along with the easy interface and excellent costumer service makes me up for using them again as well as recommending them to others.

Honorable and fast

I'm Australian. I sent 11800 USD of magic the gathering cards to Card Kingdom. The shop is in the USA, I sent it to the one in Seattle. That value came from their buy list. If I had a question about the process, it was answered promptly. If your selling cards to them, it's simple, just follow the instructions. For me that meant taking my cards out of the top loaders I had them in and putting them unsleeved, ordered as per the invoice, in a hard container to protect them.

So, I decided to send the cards. Sending the cards with insurance and express post set me back $250 AUD. They valued the cards, which came back at 8800 USD. I was expecting about 10,000 USD considering the condition of the cards, but I was not going to worry about it too much.

Today I received a package in the mail. It was the cards they rejected together with a slip explaining why they were returned.

It then became apparent what the discrepancy was, I had quite a few of my cards signed by the respective artist, and it was mostly these ones being returned to me. e.g. I sent them 8 force of will. 4 were signed by Terese Nielson and they had been in my collection for quite a while and were in near mint condition. The other 4 were definitely no more then good, I acquired them from a friend of mine who didn't use sleeves. So card kingdom sent back the signed ones and bought the unsigned (but more worn) copies. Also returned was a Bad Lands that had a red ink spot on it and a Tropical Island that had nothing wrong with it I could see. Maybe I had it listed for the wrong set (which would be a typo), I'm not sure.

A bunch of other signed cards of lesser value were also returned. In total value, they are probably about the 1k mark. So, I am now absolutely certain I got a fair price for my cards and not only that, they returned the ones they did not want at their own expense.

From this I would say this is a very good shop to deal with. They could definitely sell the cards they returned (I know I will), but, it's clear they want to keep their stock consistent. This is why they are sending back cards that are signed. That's not a bad thing if your buying their cards. It's perhaps mildly annoying if you have some high value signed cards - but you can just sell them yourself, not end of the world.

For selling the cards, I know what the condition of my cards was. I would say to arrive at 8800 USD, along with the returned cards, they absolutely graded the cards fairly.

Finally, that is a decent lump of money. The cards arrived on a Saturday and it was only a few days later before they sent me the cash via paypal. I sent them about 1800 cards total. It's actually taking me longer to get the money from paypal itself then from card kingdom.

These guys are definitely trust worthy. Big thank you to Josh Wheeler and Card Kingdom.
