I'm a first time seller to Card Kingdom…

I'm a first time seller to Card Kingdom and wow I'm not impressed. They received my order on Friday but was just advised 10+ days on processing sales. I'm already on the 5th day since they received it. Then I want compensation for my order taking that long to be processed.

TERRIBLE PROCESSING TIMES

Sell Order still hasnt been processed 10 DAYS after its been marked recieved. Website says 3-5 business days.
Customer service just says "wait" thats all.

Pre-ordered assassins creed cards

Pre-ordered assassins creed cards, they are showing up late enough I should have just went to the store.
Not a waste though, as I now know to avoid them entirely.

Costo Despacho igual a la Compra / Shipping Cost equal to Purchase

ESP:Aunque el valor de las cartas es alto, es algo justo y no es eso de lo que viene esta evaluación.
Hice una compra la cual tenía varias formas de despacho, una de ellas era FedEx. Me llevo la sorpresa que el despacho estaba "por cobrar" y cuyo monto era casi el total de mi compra (mi compra: 380US$, el despacho supuestamente eran 20 US$ pero FedEx además, me cobra cerca de 200US$ !)
Esto claramente es una falla en el sistema de despachos de CK, al ser FedEx un tercero, quienes debieron abarcar estos costos y NUNCA asociarlos a un cliente, son ellos.
Hasta la fecha no quieren darme una solución y reembolsarme los 200US$ de coste de despacho. No puedo siquiera reclamar y tener lo que compré porque de donde saco ese dinero adicional.
Seriamente pensando en efectuar acciones legales al respecto.

I made a purchase which had several shipping methods, one of them was FedEx. I was surprised that the shipment was "receivable" and the amount was almost the total of my purchase (my purchase: 380US$, the shipment was supposedly 20US$ but FedEx also charged me close to 200US$!)
This is clearly a failure in CK's dispatch system, since FedEx is a third party, who should have covered these costs and NEVER associated them with a client, they are them.
To date they do not want to give me a solution and reimburse me for the US$200 shipping cost. I can't even claim and have what I bought because where do I get that extra money.
Seriously thinking about taking legal action in this regard.

This company commits outright theft

This company commits outright theft. They tell you expensive cards are counterfeit, and then keep them with this false claim they don’t even show proof for. They say it’s their policy to keep all counterfeit cards, but these cards were not so, and even if, they need to be returned to validate their false claim. The reality is, they keep your cards while claiming they’re counterfeit and then resell them for a stolen full profit. Outright evil and illegal. Even if they would return your cards, who’s to say they don’t swap the cards out while keeping your real ones. Avoid selling to this company at all costs, they are crooked thieves.

Do you like waiting 30 days for you're cards? do you enjoy garbage customer service? do you absolutely LOVE opening ticket's with no response? than card kingdom's for you! welcome to the stupidest card supplier in NA! and if you want to go international? pah... forget it. you're better off stamping idiot on you're forehead than to deal with these clowns.

I feel like i need to write this review…

I feel like i need to write this review as i have gotten really good service from a Erik in helping me solve a issue caused by not CardKingdom but the postal and tax office.
Thanks for understanding me, listening and helping all together.

This experience alone is reason why i see myself buying cards in the future at CardKingdom!

Again thanks a thousend times !

Kingdom of Cards in Collapse

Card Kingdom’s customer experience has taken a serious nosedive. Especially since they moved their operations out of Seattle to Monroe, losing much of their staff in the process. Their grading department manger is rude, throws temper tantrums in front of his subordinates, has no social skills and capriciously breaks their own policies because he’s having a bad day. In my most recent experience, they broke almost every policy just to be rude to me.

I would stay far away from Card Kingdom if you want your cards on time and don’t want to support a business that’s relentlessly exploiting the few workers they have left.

Not worth time or energy

Took 3 weeks and many phone calls to get my cards shipped. Created a support ticket that was never used, had to call each time to get updates or anything fixed. Even after calling 2 separate times to change printings of cards (because they sold me cards they did not have) they still ripped a card off my order without telling me and shipped it. I will not be ordering from them again

I ordered card singles with a value of…

I ordered card singles with a value of about 130$ and it has been well over a month since the order was shipped and it still hasn't arrived.
The information on the Tracking makes all of this even more horrendous. The destination is germany and the package arrived in Germany, was then sent to Switzerland, then back to Germany, then again to Switzerland and is now on it's way to me in Germany.
What a mess!!!

Best customer support ever met

I made an order on cardkingdom and paid EU VAT at checkout, as the order was less than 150€. Customs in italy made me pay VAT again, even if the package label was absolutely perfect, with all info that customs should need to understand that no VAT or taxes are due (total order amount in USD and IOSS logo were both on the label). Customs refused to give me a refund, even though it was clearly their mistake, and cardkingdom customer support helped me with the full refund of undue taxes. Honestly, BEST customer support ever met.

Card Kingdom keeps selling unavailable items

Ordered a few times from card kingdom now. Every time they've incorrectly sold me items they didn't have in stock. I emailed them to cancel the order immediately after being notified as they didn't actually have the cards they were selling but they shipped it before responding. As an apology they gave me a 5% discount for my next order. Funny thing is the discount code wasn't valid. Personally I would try and get cards elsewhere if possible but fine to use card kingdom as a last resort.

Just poor communication and slow

They have policies in place like, "if you make an order send it to us within 7 business days," but yet take over that time period to even put in they got it. My tracking said it was there in 2 days. It took 10. In that whole time frame the card I specifically wanted went from $430 to $520. For no reason. They got more stock of it and it is $420 on TCG player. I am still waiting for my package I spend 3-4 business day shipping on and it has been about 8 days and wont show up today even though the tracking says it is "on time." I would be less upset if they had warning on their website times taking longer and stuff like that. but the lack of transparency makes me not like them. Their only redeeming quality is that you get 80% trade in value (If they even value the cards close to the general value, which is hard to find, You will lose money).

Sent in my order to be graded

Sent in my order to be graded, because the anime commons from Jumpstart were priced pretty high. Despite the cards going straight from the packs to the store, they still downgraded more than half of them, reducing my payout by appr $3 a card. Ridiculous. Also sent me an Elesh Norn with a big divot in the center as "Near Mint."

Lame Experience

I ordered the fast shipping and it took over a week to process, then four days to ship, then four more days to arrive. It took them 2.5 weeks to get me my cards when I chose the four day option. Not the first time they took a while. If you order cards from them just order the free shipping, it won't change anything, it's just a coin flip on whether they wanna ship it. Also customer service took over a week to reply and they wouldn't refund/credit me my shipping back. Never going with them again.

UPDATE**
They did email me back and restore the credit for the advanced shipping, it wasn't done right away but I will give them credit that although it was frustrating, they did eventually help.
