Absolutely terrible customer service from Card Kingdom. While they are the largest online shop for MTG cards, they have constant issues regarding whether "in stock" cards are available, and cards that do arrive are often not in very good condition at all despite being marked "near mint/excellent." Some rare cards that I bought and paid for ended up taking several days to notify that they are "actually out of stock," which likely means they tried selling for a higher price online. If you're going for cheaper cards, in all honesty they might arrive and their packaging is good, but for harder to find stuff go elsewhere.

I ordered a binder from the magic Lotr collection, it came very fast, and when there was a problem with customs in Europe they very helpful through email. 100% recommend!!

Ghosted me after asking for a refund for a product they never shipped. Garbage customer service. Still fighting to get my money back while they continue to sell the product I’m waiting on. If I could give ZERO STARS I would.

Everytime I order from card kingdom it takes 2 to 3 times the estimated delivery date. It's insane against my better judgement I ordered $70 worth of there flash sale packs and the delivery has been pushed back 3 times as of today it also took about 4 days to process before I go shipping conformation. Unless you can't find it anywhere else DO NOT ORDER FOR CARD KINGDOM YOULL HATE YOURSELF 2 WEEKS LATER WITH NO PACKAGE you get orders from tcg In 3 to 4 days from order

I ordered a decent package of cards from CK. My first time ever with a promising attitude. I even payed for expedited shipping. As it turns out my order is still overdue 3 days and in a different state. I did not demand a refund but expected a little bit of an apology, I however received a poor excuse and was only refunded for expedited shipping . They have terrible time management and customer satisfaction. There are more reliable sources to order cards trust me.

I recently sold card kingdom an invocation Dark ritual. The condition was absolutely amazing, unlike what they tend to pass off as near mint. So they finished processing my order and downgraded from 80$ (for near mint) to 68$. I immediately opened up a complaint ticket because they're trying to rip me off.

Sold cards to card kingdom. Highly valued card (About $80 value at NM) was devalued to only VG quality. Monitored their site and noted that their NM quality increased for this card, but VG quality remained out of stock. I suspect that they are undervaluing cards and selling them at a higher grading to lie to customers. Do not sell cards to them.

Also their processing and delivery times are not as stated on the website.

I'm not understanding how I bought a pre-paid card to pay consumers energy and DTE on 04/15/23 and still can't pay my utilities then not only that I have called customer services at least 5 times and the card still not working then overnight they took $8 off the balance I had on the card WOW serve I'm disappointed in y'all serve's please refund my money.Not Happy Customer.

Great selling experience. Sold my cards, shipped them and received almost all the credit promised. Carefully packaged the cards and almost all of them were graded near mint besides a few that had some wear.

I ordered cards on a monday, the shipping didnt even START to process until that FRIDAY, making the expected delivery date go from the NEXT WEDNESDAY to the next THURSDAY, an entire 2 business week turnaround for a handful of commons my LGS did not carry.

Great place to grab cards from, almost never the loest price per card but single source shipping in most cases make it often cheaper, and more reliable than using a "marketplace

I recently used the Card Kingdom to purchase some cards for my favorite trading card game but was ultimately disappointed with my experience. The cards I received were in a different condition than advertised, and some even had noticeable damage. Additionally, the shipping took longer than expected.

Do not buy foils here! They sell curled foils as NM and will charge you to send them back with no promise of sending an uncurled card, even though it goes against their own grading policy on their website.

looks like i got my money back still says its processing but and so i went to reorder and now half the cards i got are not able that is very annoying i bort off uses once and it was good back in 2019 and i might change this if i get my cards within 2 years time why do uses have a order processing for like 4 days and then just cancel it and i herd uses don't go from first order to lastest u go to the people with less cards in there purchase and peoplee that spend heaps like me 500 nz dollars it gets taken of i really wanted all the nicol bolas planeswalkers

Their card library is quite good and the prices aren't too bad but the time it take for them to process (assemble the cards you purchased) is kinda ridiculous.I ordered $200 worth of cards on Feb 20th and they shipped out a week later. For a first experience, not too good.

Ordered cards and waited for the 3-5 days processing their site said. I also placed two other orders with one card each that arrived before my first order even shipped. I called to ask why and was told they prioritize single card orders over bigger orders (my order was only 5 cards). Was then told they had my order packed and ready but wouldn’t ship out for another 36 hours. Agent upgraded my shipping to 2 day air and is supposed to ship tomorrow, but I don’t understand why it can’t ship today even though they told me it was ready to go, and why it can’t be overnighted is also something I don’t understand since their policy of jumping over orders is the reason I’m in this situation. Not happy with my experience, should’ve shipped today and overnight and they need to change their policy to not skip orders in queue

The enquiry ticket system says wait 2 to 6 days for a reply.

Very cheap in buyback prices made a spreadsheet of over 100 cards and only 2 did card kingdom offer more than tcg player. This is odd being there prices for singles are almost always higher than tcg. The most disappointing was a boarderless mana vault that they offer a measly 27 dollars for a card they sell for 60. Tcg player offers 47 for the same card. You would think they would want to gain more customers and customer satisfaction but maybe not i guess there happy with the 1 to 3 star rating across multiple platforms

1) never buy using your phone, as cancelled orders will still be shipped to you, it occurred to me three times,
2) expect poor tracking and even loss of package when using ascendia.

I have been buying cards from cardkingdom since 2012, i live i Denmark. Never any Trouble. last year they introduced vat at pay out (import tax required in Europe) however they often mess up the reporting to the authorities, so you will be charged tax a second time at customs.
The reason they get more than 1 star, is the product are usually correct and in good condition, and their customer service really attempt to help you out.

I've purchased many cards from card kingdom. I've purchased sleeves and deck holders. Card kingdom had always always been absolutely outstanding- I'm writing this review because I see so many 1star votes cos shipping.

Card kingdom had always been great, but every order I get nervous that my cards aren't here yet. I live in Australia. Yes, it takes months to get the cards.

I just made another purchase worth $100. Loads of sick common foils, and 50c rares. I am so excited to get my cards.

Now the nerves kick in....... omg I want my cards!
