Waited all afternoon for my car to be collected between 1200-1700 and no one truned up !! And worst of all, not even a phone call to say they wouldnt be coming !! Instead, an email a week later to say booking was cancelled !! Appalling service !!

Fab service put in scrap my car on google tried a few that said instant quotes but then wanted phone no. And email to retrieve, these guys just reg and post code instant price, then once accepted I filled details in, a phone call night before collection told driver it would be my Dad doing the hand over, took his no. A couple of up date txts fab service, money in bank soon after collection! Didn’t need know the colour of my underwear before getting a simple quote. Would defo use again or recommend

Unreliable and Dishonest - AVOID
We agreed a price which I was led to believe was guaranteed but the day before they were due to pick up the car they knocked 1/3 off the price they offered even though the car was exactly as I'd described it to be when they first quoted. Time-wasting, unreliable liars AVOID!

Well run. Everything happens as it should.
Rare these days that you’re surprised how well a company operates. The offer was instant, the collection arranged effortlessly with the driver telling me they were 30 mins away and a text five minutes before arrival. Money was in my account before they’d even tightened the straps to take it away.
