I ordered a backpack and they claimed that it was delivered. I have never received anything until now since almost a month of ordering the backpack. I wrote them many times but never really got a proper answer. They kept ignoring all my inquiries. I would never order again.

The delivery sais 3-5 days. Today is the 5th day and I got an email saying the tent is out of stock and the order is cancelled. I’m going camping in 5 days without a tent.

For an internet store in today's day and age, Campz.ch offers very poor customer experience. I ordered a jacket over 3 weeks ago now. I was sent shipping confirmation 3 days after the order, only to discover the link was invalid and Swiss Post had not received the delivery. I contacted them by email and received an email informing me the response time was 14 days - clearly they have a problem here if they have so many complaints they take 14 days to respond. No surprise that 10 days after sending the email, I received another mail informing me they were overwhelmed and could respond in 7 days. what the hell is this company doing ? This is not 1980, what company can afford to take 17 days to respond to a customer? They are happy to take my money, but clearly are not set up to manage ongoing complaints. Oh, and I notice they have no Twitter or Facebook accounts for customers to utilize. Time to get your act together Campz.ch!

There are a lot of negative reports on this site concerning this company. I ordered a pair of boots and they arrived exactly as ordered with a week. The postage was free. What more can one expect?

I received a damaged product which I am struggling to return for over 2 weeks as their customer service is not replying. Really terrible experience. I would recommend everyone to stay away from this website and any other brands operated by InternetStores.

So far very good experience. bought a bottle once, the cap was leaking, their customer service was very freindly and dent me a replacement. i'll buy there again

Before I bought my water proof pants I checked the CampZ website and it says that you can return your order for free with in 30 days. The package came and I decided not to keep my order. I placed the return label on the package and brought it to the post office the same day I received the package. The post office said that the label was not prepaid and I have to pay for the package to be returned to the sender. I then sent the package back paying out of my own pocket and I tried to call CampZ and no one is picking up the phone and I sent an email to their service email address as well as through their website and no answer. I am still trying to get my money back for paying for returning my package.

In other words the company’s customer service is horrible and the website has untrue facts so don’t order from this company unless you want to get scammed. Don’t trust what you read.
