They are a big SCAM!
They are a big SCAM!! Do not buy from them! I am waiting since 3 weeks for my package. They have the worst customer support I have ever seen. I wrote 5 emails and got no answer back. Only after I threatened reaching out to the police, have I started heading from them. They say they have delivered my products, but the post delivery code doesn't exist.
They took my money and don't deliver service or reimbursement.
My last change is to call swiss customer care. It's outraging

Good quality, but very difficult to get in contact with the customer service, in case of a problem. One of the ordered items they sent was…
One of the ordered items they sent was a wrong one. The item in the version I ordered it, was no longer available, but could stil be ordered on the homepage. I wrote 3 emails to the customer service to get a solution for this problem, but never got an answer over two weeks. Only after contacting the payment service and contacting CampZ.ch through them, I got an answer.
After several emails, we agreed on a solution. The solution was fair, and all the sent items quality was good, but I lost a lot of time. And the item, I wanted, was not available at all. So I have to look for it somewhere else.
