Always seamless. Took the shoes a few days to arrive

Camps site says 3 days delivery time. My money was recieved by the company one day after my order. I didn't recieve my order after a month, and several inquiries with no possibility to talk to a real human, but only a few automatic "We will get back to you" answers both on danish and German website.
After contacting a complaint site for commerce in the EU, I finally recieved my order today...

I have not received my product. It has been more than a month now.

My ordet was delayed more than 8 Working days. Customers service could not and still can’t be reached. 10 days ago I cancelled my order and you still haven’t returned my money.
Do not use this company!!

I have never recieved my order fra Campz. I’ve contacted them several times, for information about delivery. Every times the answer was “problems in the company”. And now for the second time they want me to descibe my experience!!!! Hope you will be serious about this. And i’m still waiting to recieve my order or g’et my money back.

I have not yet received my item. The money has been withdrawn, but I have heard nothing even though I have tried to contact Campz. I'ts been more than three weeks now.

Normally i really like campz.
I think i was patient and maybe they have alot on their table, but the package took 25 days to deliver, if it will be delivered tomorrow, as my service says.

After a month I have not received the jacket yet and the customer service is not helping. Money lost

I ordered an item on the 20th of October and still got nothing (almost 3 weeks later). Apparently, they are having some issues with the deliveries, but there is no communication at all complete lack of customer service, which in such situations is just unbearable. However, I have ordered before from the website and everything was perfect, but it seems like they do not know how to handle hard situations.

Didn’t get the package and can’t get in contact with the company

I can't say much positive about Campz. I ordered a coat 20/10-23 and have not yet received it. And this is even the second time it has happened with the order og this coat! - But the price for it was fine!

Just be aware CAMPZ and other companies under Internetstores GmbH have filed for bankruptcy. So they don't take returns at the moment (unfortunately I have a warranty case pending myself).

It's a shame because I've personally always liked CAMPZ.

Great customer service!

Great selection of outdoor equipment and competitive prices. Had some issues during check-out and reached out to their customer service for help. Received very timely responses and they were able to fix the problem right away!

Will keep buying from them in the future!

The chais I ordered was brown I got black...They was really small....

They where perfect. From estimate, to shipping, to fit, everything happened nearly overnight. I'll recommend og O Will be shopping herefter again.
