Anecceptable Policy for Vehicle Use Without Insurance on a Dangerous Road Network
It is unacceptable to impose a policy that allows or requires the use of vehicles without any form of insurance, particularly on a road network known to be hazardous. The company is fully aware of the risks associated with this defective road system, yet it chooses to disregard the safety of drivers.
We strongly urge potential buyers of the specific product connected with this practice to exercise extreme caution. No European country implements such a dangerous and irresponsible policy, as the primary goal must always be to safeguard the driver’s safety.
Safety should never be compromised. Any policy that neglects driver protection in a known defective road infrastructure is irresponsible, unacceptable, and against the principles of public safety.
They do not provide insurance coverage for glass breakage, something that should be considered a basic requirement in a country with an unsuitable and defective road system.

Straight forward booking process and competitively priced
The booking process was straight forward and the pricing was competitive. There was a clear breakdown of what was included and what was not which made comparison between the different motor homes easy.

Fine as far as it goes
The company could do better if tit made sure its emails requesting a review followed the confirmation email rather than preceding it.
The process was fine but the proof of its effectiveness will be the motorhome (I realise another business is involved)

Booked the camper and paid the deposit no problems.
A day later I was asked for the full payment around 7 weeks before we leave.
Not a small amount of money.
The terms which required this weren't plainly displayed.
I made the payment. I never received acknowledgement of the payment l had to email them a couple of times. It took at least a week before they came back and said that it had been paid after I sent a screenshot of the bank statement.
Emails sometimes took close to a day to get a reply.
I didn't have any idea as to my money had been lost or scammed which was a bit worrying and I couldn't do anything about it until they had told me what had happened.
Eventually they said that it was a mistake on their side.
Not very professional in my opinion.

Easy and cheap booking of campervan in Iceland
We found a campervan on Campstar in Iceland cheaper than at the website of the rental company. Booking was easy, insurance was included and everything worked well.
