Staff spent time on phone to explain which awnings would be best for my motorhome. How yo set the awning up. They also explainef that zI would be missing part of the order as there were non available at the time but once that part was back in stock the would have it sent to me at no cost. Brilliant

Well being new to camping and worrying about purchasing my first awning phil helped right from the start gave him details of my van came back with the correct sizes but i also wanting to check this as my van is in spain i had to wait few months to do this after getting back from checking this i recontacted phil to confirm he was right i already done alot of research on awnings and had one imperticular in mind phil found this straight away and even set up for me to collect straight from the warehouse as this was close to me to save any hassel with delivary i cant reccomend phil enough out of a few shops i tried campernation was deffinatley most helpfull anything i need in future will be straight back to this shop thanks again phil for all your help and paitence

I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service we received from Phil. He helped with confirming the size of awning we needed which gave us the confidence to make an online purchase. He always responded quickly to any queries and gave reassurance about the delivery time and quality of the awning. It felt like a very personal service. The awning arrived ahead of schedule which was a bonus. Phil has offered to help also if we have any issues putting the awning up.

Unfortunately Camper Nation didn’t have the item I was interested in purchasing but I’ve given 5 stars anyway as their customer service in helping me with my query was excellent. Phil was friendly, helpful and professional throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending or buying from this company in the future.

Fantastic service. I purchased a Walker awning for an Adria Action caravan and had it shipped to Australia. I contacted Phil via an email request to ask if he would ship to Australia. He replied very quickly and provided a quote and a pay link, without the VAT, as I would be paying import duties (taxes) on arrival in Australia. Shipping took about 14 days and Phil contacted me as soon as my order had arrived at customs in Australia and provided the details for contacting customs to pay the import duties. The courier company also contacted me soon after for the customs duties. After payment it was delivered in a couple of days. Very happy with his communication through the whole process. There's no Australian distributor for these awnings, so I highly recommend Phil and his business.

Placed the order online on a Monday evening. Called the following day to request if they could expedite the shipping of the goods I ordered. Had all the items I purchased by Wednesday. All here in under 48hrs. Competitive prices, great communication, unbelievable service, all contributing to fantastic customer experience. I recently purchased a new caravan awning from Campernation, and they have been an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout. The awning was a new product, making it was on pre-order. Phil kept me updated on delivery dates throughout, and it was dispatched as soon as they received it, meaning I had it sooner than expected and in time for our first trip away over the Bank Holiday. I've contacted Phil a couple of times with queries and he has always replied promptly, and he has always been extremely helpful. I would have no problem recommending Campernation to anyone I know.

From the moment I came across Campernation's website I knew it was worth a visit; it was easy to read, told me exactly what I was looking for and was inviting to read.
The company was simple to contact and I was either spoken to immediately or contacted quickly by the Director, Phil McEleney who must have camping in his veins with enthusiasm to match.
We talked through different scenarios and products before finding the perfect solution after all it was a major purchase for us and Phil's determination to deliver the perfect set up was outstanding and very much appreciated. I had previously contacted another supplier which ran out of steam and product knowledge whereas, Campernation and Phil in particular know theìr products and can advise accordingly.
I cannot praise this experience more highly and that goes for Campernation in particular.
If anyone is looking for a camping set up and wants to buy with confidence then they are the "go to" business. The products are top quality, the price is right and so is the service. Happy camping everyone.
