Inspite of Royal Mail information saying parcel delivered no such parcel is found on or in our property the photograph is not even taken on, in, around our property and no neighbours haven’t seen it either. Hopeless service by Royal Mail.

The order was dispatched as soon as they could due to heavy demand. The Post Office delivered it when they said. It arrived on the day they said. Very pleased with the order.

Unreliable Royal Mail service !
I can only rate the delivery experience as I am still awaiting purchased items to be delivered today. I appreciate that the items being shipped from Netherlands, and that shipment went fast through the Europ. Unfortunately the process slowed down once the delivery has been handled to the Royal Mail. It is ridiculous how slowly the process their shipments! I understand that there was BH on the way, but today is the cherry on the top: I have finally received an email confirming delivery between 08:15 and 12:15 . The items has not been delivered during the 4 hours slot! Instead, when checking tracking I have discovered that it has been changed to 07:30 to 19:30 !!! CK please stop using Royal Mail! This company is no longer reliable ! You will loose UK clients if you will stay with Royal Mail any longer

Parcel hasn't arrived yet, no updates after 28th August 26. Still in Netherlands as far as I can tell, waiting to be shipped. Today is 2nd of September '26.
