They are truly the best
They are truly the best. Their clothes are so fashionable and comfortable, they force me to replace my entire wardrobe since they put all my other clothes to shame. The return process is so efficient too. Outstanding brand , lifetime customer earned.

Not so much Calvin Klein but more UPS
Not so much Calvin Klein but more UPS. Why have an option for home delivery but they delivery driver drops it at shop not even remotely close to your house. Delivery company isn’t great to be honest.

Poor delivery
Ordered on line on 2/9 told 4/5 working days. Tracking stalled and then received email on 7/9 saying hope I was pleased with purchase. Just found out it’s still in transit and may be delivered Friday but only because I contacted them. Very disappointing service.

Delivery took more than a week
Delivery took more than a week. I have three items in my order. One of them was out of stock, but they did not update me at all until I received the order. It’s a waste of time to find out. Most importantly, they don't even care about whether there's an issue with the order update. Not a good shopping experience.

Avoid like the plague. Awful service
Order still haven’t arrived — I’m just hoping they will based on the tracking.
It took far too long to dispatch them in the first place, and then they sat in the depot for ages.
Trying to get any help was another experience altogether — some unhelpful AI sounding customer service bot that was absolutely useless.
And, to top it all off, I received an automated email asking me to review my experience before the boxers had even arrived
Will they arrive? Who knows
Is the service from a massive brand like this a bag of trash? Yes, it is
Absolutely awful so far. Avoid.

Well so far im still awaiting the order to be delivsred by royal mail 48 hour trackinh service. Order was placed on 3rd september and still waiting for this, not great to be honest.

Ordered on the 3rd, was informed it would be with me in 4 days. On the 7th it was still with CK and no news from Royal Mail. I then get this message asking me what I thought of my new items ... what new items? you still have them!

They’re asking for my feedback and I haven’t actually received my parcel yet. CK is saying it’s been shipped and Royal Mail is saying that they don’t have it yet. Really confused I just want my order, it’s been a week already.
