Poor service and admin
Being sent a trustpilot link to review an item that STILL hasn’t arrived?? Yeah, that probably says all you need to know about CK delivery and services!
Can’t give feedback on the product because it still hasn’t arrived .. and all for the privilege of paying £4.90 for quick delivery!

First time ordering from Calvin Klein and will definitely do again. Bought Jeans which are of the highest quality and the fit amazing. The ease of ordering, returning the jeans as I bought the wrong fit for my body shape, re-ordering and the cost of the items were second to none. Great Experience!!

Ordered them cancelled!!
Order a three pack of boxers in large. Instock at point of order and received confirmation email. 2 days later, received email stating items now out of stock and order was cancelled! Then received an email asking me if I was enjoying my purchase and to leave a review!!Ridiculous

Packaging is very obvious, this was a birthday present that has now been ruined because CK make sure the brand is plastered all over the packaging.

Great! But website faults.
Firstly, I'd like to state my experience could have been a five as the items are lovely. I had a bad experience
I had a bad experience. The site offered me 10% if I sign up for newsletter. But once I tried to apply the discount explaining that value is not sufficient. I ordered for £72. It didn't say what value is sufficient. Extremely annoying!
