I rarely write reviews, but Calgari truly deserves one. From the moment I placed my order, their support team has been nothing short of exceptional. Every question I had was answered promptly, professionally, and with genuine care. It’s rare to find a brand that treats its customers with this level of attention and respect.

For a microbrand founded in Amsterdam, Calgari is already setting standards that many established luxury brands fail to meet. The quality of service, combined with their vision and commitment to excellence, makes me believe they have a very bright future ahead.

I genuinely think Calgari is on its way to becoming a major name in the watch industry. If they continue delivering this level of craftsmanship and customer care, the sky is the limit. Highly recommended.

Beautiful watch with Pierre Morlet. The other limited editions are also spot on. Everything feels perfectly thought through, and I hope they continue releasing new limited editions. Keep up the great work, guys!

Apologies for the English. I have always been a fan of the Calgari watches. This time the order went astray in the Xmas post but Thijs at Calgary resent the watch immediately and I must say I am very impressed.

First time I’ve ever written a bad review but felt compelled to do so - it’s been over 2 months since purchase (that I tried to cancel the day after) and I’ve still not had my refund.

I’ve been patient with them when they said they couldn’t cancel the order (despite by law there being a 14 day cooling off period that they ignored) and went through with the delivery with the intention of just sending it straight back.

I was then informed by their courier company that there were customs charges of nearly £100 that they’d passed on to the customer and don’t notify you of in advance.

At this point, I asked for the watch to be returned and my money refunded. Since then, I’ve heard nothing which was 3 weeks ago.

As things currently stand, they have £400 of mine and the watch and I’ve not heard back from them on the refund. I’ve got proof it’s been delivered back to them.

As things stand, I’ve had to contest the payment with my bank and gave Calgari fair warning before writing this to hopefully coax a response. Still nothing back, so here we are.

Don’t buy from this brand - my experience so far is that they’ve taken my money and ran.

There are Load of other similar brands with far better products, prices and service to buy from like AV86, who do nicer vintage style watches for almost half the price, with no hidden customs fees.

I bought the white watch with the beige strap for my boyfriend for his birthday. Unpacking was a realll experience! You can tell the designers paid extra attention to all the details and the finish. Could tell he loved leather box as well. Thanks.

Just bought their limited edition Nero. The quality of the watch was great, also their packaging was really nice. Would definitely recommend.

It is made with passion for watches and the box is also a beauty! So I am verry content with my watch!

Very impressed by their new collection; especially the engraving on the back of the watch makes the watches unique pieces. Very stylish. Plus very kind and fast service. Would 100% recommend!

I've had a Calgari watch for a couple of months now and am really happy with it, can fully recommend. I initially had some problems with the wristband, which customer service helped me with amazingly, it's nice to see a customer service that cares about their clients like this.
