This is a scam business. They charge you for inferior products and then refuse to give you your money back. Claim to be a Byron Bay boutique but they work out of Asia. Material is awful and not as described. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

I wish I'd read the reviews. Paypal wouldn't reverse my pmt either. Paid 75aud for a temu knockoff I will never wear.

Beware !!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Cheap quality, ripping people off. They are NOT based in Australia. Absolutely appalling!! False Advertising products that are not what you expect.

If i could score zero i would. Poor quality goods but charging as though they aren’t, terrible service, Bought slides, they arrived with part of innersole lifted, emailed with photo was told they would be replaced. No word of that yet. :(
store emailed, just seems to be going back and forth with we are sending a new pair, then offers of partial refund. Old tracking number sent twice claiming to be new tracking number. Such poor service and noone really knows what’s going on. Byron Bay Boutique elluding to customers from Byron Bay but not, came from China.

This company totally misrepresents itself , clothes were nothing like in the picture . The material of my dress was shabby and cheap but at a high price - The leather sandals I purchased were cheap plastic but also very dear. Goods are almost impossible to return. Do not buy from this site , it is the same quality as Shein or Temu but with a higher price tag

This is another Chinese scam site. I ordered shoes that came completely unwearable and when I asked for a refund they told me I had to post them back to China or I could get a 25% refund of original purchase price. Do NOT buy from this site. It’s awful quality and service.

The products are not what they are advertised, despite the apparent Branding.. the goods were not the right sizes and the fabrics were entirely different to what you see online They come from China, and in order to return them you have to - SEND THEM AT YOUR COST TO CHINA. Avoid this Company.. I bought a couple of things and have put them in the charity bin..

Don’t trust this place it’s a total scam very poor quality,sizes are tiny for a large it’s more like a size 6/8 clothing is see through if I wanted to return my items it was going to cost me up to $50:00 to send them back,because I put in 2 disputes with PayPal I was only offered $34:00 pretty poor considering I paid almost $120:00 for 2 pair of pants I will never be able wear and the cost of postage was outrageous considering they advertise Byron Bay but you have to send them back to China no customer service at all RIP OFF SCAMMERS

*BEWARE*. This is a SCAM. This is a deceptive online store located outside of Australia and have no presence in Byron Bay or anywhere in Australia. The brand name is misleading. They do not deliver anything and just take your money. Even if you use PayPal, they use deceptive email techniques to stall and give you false hope a package is on its way with fraudulent information on what appears to be package tracking. They continually lie in any email replies. I have lodged a claim through PayPal to get my money back. PayPal are investigating. *BEWARE!*

UPDATE IN mid January 2025: PayPal have agreed with me and have refunded the full price for me! Thank goodness.

I wish I had read this before ordering pair of shoes. Rubbish from China going straight to the op shop.

Absolute garbage - do not buy!

This is a perfectly executed scam. Authentic looking website, communication and marketing.

However when you finally receive your items they are only good for the bin. Awful fabric, ill fitting rubbish, nothing to do with Byron Bay and shipped straight from China without any tags. Infuriating!

Now heading down the PayPal dispute process as I'm not paying $50 to post my items back and engage in the next part of their scam where I'm further out of pocket

Dress received is garbage. It has a stain on it and is wrinkled with no tags.
Absolute rip off - when I sent pictures they said they would accept return AT MY COST...

I’d like to point out all of the positive reviews here are written the same, all from people who have only written one review and they all say the same kind of things like nice and light, everything I didn’t know I needed, fit is just perfect. Every legit review is 1 star!

A regrettable purchase. Not only is this nothing Australian or to do with Byron Bay, it’s a cheap, tacky brand shipped and run out of Asia.
After a month waiting for the dress it arrived, made from tacky polyester fabric and with threads falling out of it everywhere.
The policy says they take returns, only at your own cost to ship back to Asia, and only after they’ve received it 14 days later will a return be processed.
The garment is so cheap and tacky, it’s probably not worth the money to send back.
I am grateful I can afford on this occasion to have made a mistake and purchased from this fraudulent brand. My advice would be to worn people to choose to shop elsewhere and not waste their hard earned money.

I was so disappointed! In the picture the dress I ordered looked like it was made of lovely cool cotton. But the dress I received was made of rayon or similar fabric. Scammers

I have been emailing the Company since I got notified the the international shipping had arrived on Dec 17 and had been dispatched, well I am still waiting have sent a number of emails to Customer Service (joke) with no reply
I would like to know where is my order if not I want my money back

Got my hospital scrub dress, LISA, perfect for sexy nurse halloween costume but wouldn't believe the "luxurious fabric" claim. Don't waste your money. Loose up top, too together fitting on hips with no stretch, give or drape.
