Byron bay boutique bullcrap!!! Wish I could go a Zero star! SCAM SCUMS! DO NOT BUY - save your money! Ordered dress in a size larger than normal, what I got was something that would barely fit over my head let alone over my chest! Returning is an absolute sham! I stupidly dad not use PayPal so I was unable to that avenue! They would only take returns back to China even though the return address on package was in nsw!! so they know it’s expensive to return!

Ordered a dress that was advertised as generous in size and great quality. I used the size chart and because I don't like things tight or too form fitting I sized up to ensure a good fit. The dress that arrived was cheap stretch fabric, the size was laughably tight for something that was supposed to be a generous fit. The process of obtaining a refund was blocked at every turn until I went to PayPal as the purchase partner. Warehouse is in Asia and they insist you return to them there before a refund can be processed (that costs more than the cheap dress is worth). Buyer beware on this scam company, they are ripping you off BIG TIME!!!

Didnt realise the shoes I ordered would be coming from China not Byron Bay. They never arrived. Tracking kept saying they were in Sydney (I am in Brisbane) but tracking number did not exist on courier website. I only got my money back when I said I had already contacted my bank to dispute the transaction as I did not believe I would ever receive my shoes - I was right!

I am beginning to smarten up on these scam Chinese companies that take on a place name here in Australia to advertise their fashion. While the company I am looking for, Manly Boutique, has no reviews, it is very similar to this one. They pop up all the time, you see them all over Instagram and Facebook: lovely photos of women in linen blouses or pretty dresses often very inexpensive claiming that you can easily return and get a refund. Bullocks! I’ve been duped before but will not be scammed again. 

Do not buy from this website. You do not get anything like what you have ordered! The dresses have been whipped up in a cheap factory with no labels- totally different style and different cheap material. BE WARNED!

Shoes were all too small, squashed and laces missing. Tried to contact company numerous times and then they tried to say I couldn't get a refund. Still trying to get money back. Don't use this company. If I could make it a 0 review I would.
Goods come from China, no where does it say that on the website. Pictures are not like the products you receive. False and misleading.

Like others on this site, the dress I received was nothing like the one in the ad. Fortunately I had purchased it through PayPal so rung their Disputes team and had a full refund within 4 days. I wasn’t asked to return the dress either but it’s not wearable anyhow. A good reminder to check on line stores with Trust Pilot before I purchase!

Would really like to give zero stars but seems to not be an option! Don’t waste your money. I bought a dress. Nothing like the picture. Poorly made. Poor quality. Looking at returning it but expected cost between $25-$50. Stay away from this site and the rubbish they sell!

Product fabric not as advertised.
This is a scam. The product I got smells of plastic and diesel. They say they are environmentally friendly and the NDCA polyester clothing.
They ask you not to return to help the environment. Make you jump through hoops to return to CHINA which costs more than it’s worth and they also tell you it’s your fault if they done receive it. Terrible terrible terrible. Should be shut down Mets should not let them on Facebook.

Unfortunately I cannot choose 0 stars.
I bought 1 X pair of linen pants and 2 x cotton pants.
Arrived from China after 3 weeks.
All were 100% Polyester and totally ill fitting, nothing like advertised.
No swing tags or inner brand label with sizing.
I guess they were too cheap to be true.
My first truly terrible online purchase experience.
Wish I’d read the reviews on Trustpilot first! After reading reviews will not bother with the refund/ return.
Avoid. Complete shysters.
UPDATE: I decided to open a dispute through Paypal, where I was first offered a refund of just 40% from CRUZ E Business Limited (Byronbay Boutique.)
I refused. The only option then, was to return the items and I've sent tracking and receipt details to Paypal, where they have offered me credit (to be used anywhere) for the return postage.
The customer service at Paypal said they would need more complaints to end their business ties with them.
My local post office had another unhappy customer returning things as well the day before!!

An absolute scam, hideous quality product, pictures nothing like you'll receive. They would not accept a return, instead offered a % discount. In the middle of us going back and forth with emails, their email address was disconnected so there was no way of contacting them. Disgusting!

Do not buy from the fraudulent company. They sent me a dress nothing like in add. Not from Australia. You can guess show is using the name of a beautiful Australian town. I only got $18 refunded through PayPal. Would have had to escalate to get more but was not prepared to pay the cost of return to China. I lost $62. Had been loving everything on the site. Read reviews before losing money to this scam company .

The exact same items, with the exact same photographs are available on Shein for much much less. Don't be fooled.

This company states that it is based in Bryon Bay Australia, this is a lie, they are an ASIAN based outlet, don't be fooled. They will not refund and they constantly say the order is on its way with extended delays. DONT GET SCAMMED

My dress was not the same at the dress advertized and the sizing is all wrong.I wish I had read the reviews before i threw my $80 away!

Do not buy from this company. They are not Australian based as they claim, the quality of the clothing is terrible, the sizing is totally wrong. Easy returns is a lie, they first offer a 20% refund and then tell you you need to pay to return the goods to China and then give you an incomplete address so they will never receive them and never have to refund you.

Misleading photos - it is 100% not what you are buying! Quality is very poor! Sizing too small and then they request you to pay more money to exchange. Do not be scammed like me!

I recently brought 2 x linen pants. Absolutely scam the pants arrived after 3 weeks and are crap. Do not buy from them. A very good lesson learnt for me check out websites before buying.
