Just received the item, completely different from image on website and extremely poor quality. What a ripoff. I have messaged the company via paypal and will wait and see what kind of response I get.

Do not buy from this company it is a scam. I ordered at top and I receieved a very poor iitation in very cheap fabric with no lables or tags and can't return it

It appears I’m yet another poor bunny they’ve ripped off. I purchased 9 dresses, all of which are extremely poorly made and poor quality fabrics, not to mention had to wait weeks and weeks for my complete order to arrive which came in dribs and drabs. The zipper is even broken on one item so can’t even get it over my head to try it on.
I have been corresponding with them but only getting lip service all the time. I called them on their name “Byron Bay Boutique” alluding to the fact they were an Australian company and that what gaul they had having my money all the time and having to wait weeks for the order!
I was offered 20% refund for my troubles. When I kicked up a stink about that I was offered 40% but must return the items at my expense. Initially they didn't want the clothes returned….I could keep them I was told. Why I said on earth would I want to keep these awful clothes that don’t fit anyway!
They are just a bunch of rip-off bastards and I will tarnish their name and give bad reviews if it’s the last thing I do.
They are the scum of the earth doing this to people!

Let’s just say 1 Star rating is too much! The item ordered from Byron Bay Boutique is of poor quality. It lacks a clothing tag, and there are loose threads throughout. The company presents itself as being from Byron Bay Australia, but it is actually a Chinese company as the item was delivered from china. This has resulted in a feeling of being completely misled. Definitely would not recommend Byron Bay Boutique

Pretty disappointed, as far as I can see they don’t advertise that their product actually comes from china. Ordered coming upto a month ago from china. Still no sign of shoes.

EDIT: Product turned up. Such bad quality so disappointing, definitely cheap Chinese knock off. Definitely not Australian company. Definitely SCAM. Do NOT trust.

After waiting for ages for the dress to arrive it was nothing like the photo in their FB ad; it had been made & sent from China; not Byron Bay (Australia)! It was cheap looking, poorly made from cotton rag looking fabric; totally unwearable! They are laughing at us; if you hassle them they will return you anything from 10-50% money back, but are keeping the rest of our hard earned $'s!

This is a scam company selling cheap and nasty clothing from China. They are not located in Byron Bay and payments are processed through an offshore company in Amsterdam. IF the items arrive at all (and thats a HUGE if), they have no labels and look nothing like the images on the website. AVOID AVOID AVOID

The clothes are poorly made and the fit is ridiculous! I wouldn’t wear any of what they sent in public!
The polyester fabric is just nasty! Not at all suitable for the Aussie climate.
From what I’ve read, my chances of getting a refund looks like a major hassle 🙄🤬🤬🤬

I ordered 3 dresses and only 1 arrived. They keep saying they will fully investigate the matter even though I have provided the photo's of the package clearly stating there is only 1 item inside. The dress doesn't fit, doesnt look like the photo, its poorly made, there is loose threads, no tag or invoice to return it. I have made several attempts to contact them for a full refund, instead they are giving me the run around and asking for more money for another dress or a partial refund. I definitely DO NOT recommend buying from Byron Bay Boutique. Its a total scam - be aware and spread the word!!! They are not Australian company. Total knock-off's from China.

terrible customer service send several emails no reply as yet, no order has arrived waiting 3 Week's now and I found out to late this is a china ( order)based shop

Purchased 2 items and the fabric was terrible: cheap and nasty. Of course then the fit was also awful. Took 4 emails to get proper return / refund info (they wanted me to keep the items for a partial refund even after I told them the items didn't fit at all). Then they wanted photos. Sent back 13 Nov. Didn't hear anything at all. Reached out 2nd Jan and to be fair, they did answer email quickly. Wanted tracking number of my return (lucky I still had this!). I have now received a refund. But it should not have (a) been so hard and (b) taken so long. Quality of clothing was terrible, is the main point!

I had a horrible experience with this company. The service was awful, the delivery time was unacceptable, and the quality of the dress was shockingly poor. They lead you to believe the company is based in Byron Bay, but it's actually in China. Delivery took over three weeks, and when the dress finally arrived, it was a disaster. It looked like a shapeless sack, had no labels, and was nothing like the pictures.

To make matters worse, they only offer a 25% refund, which is ridiculous given the product's poor quality. Save yourself the hassle and disappointment – DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

They are not Australian based out of Byron Bay they are based in China and sell crap! The fabric is not linen, I wouldn't know what it is. They don't even have a brand label on their garments. What I received looks nothing like the images on their website. They say my top is valued at $140 but it looks like something you would be hard pressed to sell even on a $2 rack!
They refuse to refund me unless I pay to send the product back to China, I have reported them to the ACCC for misleading contact and deceptive behaviour, and opened a case with PayPal to try and recover my money.

NOT AN AUSTRALIAN COMPANY. YOU ARE BUYING FROM CHINA. Item purchased arrived, finally, after advising I'd raise a complaint through PayPal. The dress was incorrect size, colour was different than the add. Don't waste your money.

'from the heart of a Byron Bay' is what the website says. IT'S NOT FROM BYRON!
The products from this place come directly from China. The quality is appalling as are the materials used and the style is way off what is photographed.
The products also took longer to arrive than promised.
And if you want to return it, you have to mail back to China. AT YOUR EXPENSE!

My review would be 0 if I could. Dress I ordered is of cheap and awful quality material. Sizing was not right at all. This company is based in China but post orders from Australia and make you believe its an Australian Company. First I was offered a 20% refund or exchange for same value but have to pay for postage. There website states 90 day money back guarantee. What a load of rubbish. I have to post back to China by registered post at a cost of $25.35. I usually check companies when buying on-line but I was duped. Never again. Do not trust this company.

Another scam company - appalling quality, make it look australian but an Asian company that won't let you return items.
