DO NOT USE THIS SITE - TOTAL SCAM

I'm normally diligent in checking reviews etc when purchasing from an unknown but I got sucked in by the Facebook ads - The first sign of a problem was when the I got an international transaction charge on my card and the listing was Amsterdam, the dresses then took longer than expected to arrive (a couple of weeks, reviews on the site mention fast postage) and came from China, not an issue a lot of stuff is made and shipped from overseas... Dresses were NOTHING like advertised, different cut, terrible fabric, had white marks all over the black dress, loose threads. Advertised as cotton and labelled polyester. I contacted customer service the FINE PRINT is return at your own cost! (Yes I should have read the fine print before ordering). I returned the dresses prior to Christmas and have still not received any money back - posted as tracked, but the tracking seems to have stopped once it landed in China on Dec 9th 2024.

Cheap, plastic like clothing …

Firstly I have to accept responsibility of not researching this company more. Although with an Aussie name and lovely website photos it’s based in China from some room with a very odd address.
The quality is awful, I received 2 items in separate orders. Sizing is all wrong, the stitching was coming apart and the material felt like plastic.
Returning the items have been so hard and you’re expected to pay the tracking costs of between $25-$50 to return to China.
Would like others to know not to fall for this company if you want quality.

Byron Bay Boutique is cheap and nasty product

I purchased a number of products from what I thought was an Australian provider during their Boxing Day Sale. Their website gives the illusion of quality product. It was completely unusable cheap and nasty product from China. The shoes were not orthopedic as advertised and the chemical smell coming from the plastic material used to manufacture it was ghastly and appeared to be toxic. The material used in the clothes was cheap and the stitching very poor

Order took six weeks to arrive

Order took six weeks to arrive, and only arrived after I emailed requesting an update on my order. Tracking said order was delivered in a different state. A day later the package arrived open and wet. Crap quality. Jokes on us for purchasing from their website. Always check reviews before using a website you're not familiar with. I also still keep getting instagram ads for this website, which i've reported.

SCAM

This is a scam. The clothes turned up but they are cheap and terrible quality. They are not like they describe. When I asked to return them for a full refund they just keep saying “yes we will work with you” and this has been going on for weeks now. I should have done my research first before purchasing. DO NOT BUY!

Perfect bathers

I purchased two pairs of bathers and apart from the fact I thought it was an Australian company, which it’s not, I’m very pleased. They are exactly as pictured and are of good quality. They arrived in about two weeks and the tracking information provided was spot on and timely. The sizing was also correct.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! The worst of the worst. The fact that I received anything was a surprise once I realised I was duped. The worst clothing, linen is not linen it’s this paper ish like material, everything is cut as if it is scrubs, nothing looks like the picture at all. After reading all the posts I’m not going to waste my time effort trying to get a refund. I have learnt my lesson, I will cry my lost money and use what semi fits as clothes for house work.

Buyers Beware

Should of read the reviews before ordering
didn’t realise the dress I ordered would be coming from China not Byron Bay.
They don’t respond to emails, your best bet on getting your money back is to go through the PayPal refund process.

Scam!

This company accepted my money immediately yet I received no invoice for my purchase. After waiting several weeks and receiving no item there was no way I could track my package. So after numerous emails with no responses I have been left paying for something and receiving nothing!
Definitely a scam organisation! I will never deal with them again! The Australian authorities should shut this website down! It is not based in Byron Bay at all but in China! A disgraceful attempt to con Australian women!

Poor quality, sizing very skewed

Should have read the reviews before ordering. Took ages to arrive. Despite clever marketing this company is nowhere near Byron - it's in China. Sizing is totally off - received a tiny item (ordered large), poor quality linen, no clothing label other than size. Avoid.

BYRON BAY BOUTIQUE SCAM. Thought I had checked their reviews

Thought I had checked their reviews, but even they are edited and selective of what is published. THEY ARE ANOTHER SCAM CHINESE COMPANY using Australia in their name to lure us.
Received a delivery today, by a man in his car....not a reputable delivery van...a man in a blue small car. I met him at the gate, he handed me my parcel (which was not the entire order), and he proceeded to take MY PICTURE! I did not consent to my picture being taken!
The quality of the items I did receive were nothing like they were made out to be on their website or what I ordered. Absolute rubbish. I have sent an email, but I doubt I will receive a reply, or the rest of my over $500 order. Hard way to learn a lesson.....DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER!!!

A Complete Scam Disguised as an Australian Company

Byron Bay Boutique? More like "Byron Beijing Boutique." They market themselves as an authentic Australian brand, but in reality, they're based in China, and every aspect of their operation screams deception.

Firstly, the shipping took forever. I thought I was ordering from Australia, but nope—my package probably took a grand tour of the world before arriving weeks late. When it finally did, I wish it hadn’t. The quality is beyond terrible. Thin, cheap fabric, awful stitching, and the sizing? Absolutely nonsensical. It’s as if they’re designing clothes for an alternate universe.

Customer service is a joke. Trying to get a response from them is like shouting into the void. When they finally replied, they were unapologetic and unhelpful, refusing to process a refund unless I paid for international shipping back to China. I’m convinced they’re banking on most people giving up out of frustration.

If you’re considering buying from here, DON’T. Save yourself the disappointment, wasted money, and endless headache. This company is a wolf in sheep’s clothing—posing as an Aussie boutique while peddling subpar products from overseas. Avoid at all costs.

Obviously didn’t check trust pilot…

Obviously didn’t check trust pilot before I ordered. The company is a scam - dress arrived with no label other than size, not cotton as advertised - poor quality worth no more than $10 - quality similar to Temu. The only resemblance to the dress I ordered was the colour! They are NOT in Australia!

This company is terrible

This company is terrible. They are not in Byron bay Australia. The company also shows that the money goes to Amsterdam but the products come from China. They also don’t track your goods you buy and make it your problem to contact China if the parcel doesn’t arrive. They could be fraudulent. They don’t communicate with you if things go wrong. I asked for a refund and I got no reply, so no parcel and no refund.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. Makes out they are from the Byron Bay area of NSW and everything comes from China and returns have to be to China which cost a bomb. Avoid. The dresses I purchased aren't even worth $1. Completely see through and smell of a horrible odour.
