Byronbay Boutique 

My order placed in mid November did not arrive, ByronBay Boutique do not answer emails, there is no phone number to contact them. I've tried yet again today to contact them, so I hope they do finally answer.

I've requested a full refund but that could be overly optimistic. Too risky to place orders.

It looks like an Australian business but it is not. They also use couriers who are very slow and difficult to communicate with.

Ordered a top and a dress, Dress was ok but top was not as it looked in picture. Wanted to return but too costly to do so as have to post to China plus additional costs of $9.90 per item.
So I wont bother will just give items to charity. Just too risky to order anything else. Nothing simple about returns at all.

Paid $190 for 3 items that I could have bought for $20 on Temu. Absolute rubbish from China & cannot seem to get a response from them. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE ITS A SCAM.

It's false advertising i ordered thinking i was supporting an Australian company but received my incorrect order from China and have had no satisfaction from byron regarding this issue just emails always stating a technical problem since September last year??? I could have bought them same items fr China directly cheaper and probably would have received the correct order warning to everyone stay clear of byron Bay boutique nothing but a scam!!!

When the top finally arrived it was not linen. It was grey not white , Poorly made and no labels I agree with others and wish I looked at review first Glad I did not pay full price But disappointed i wasted $64 .

Buyer BEWARE … this is a Chinese Company trying to give the impression they are from Byron Bay Australia.

The Product looks NOTHING like the Pictures or Videos and they contain no Brand Labels.

I would not wear the dress I paid $80 for
even it were free.

I will be reporting to Fair Trading and I hope all other conned customers do the same!

If only they had a zero!!! Do not trust this company. Product is nothing like advertised and will not assist with returning of product.
Total scam alert they should be charged and not allowed to trade.

SCAM stay away!! Portray to be a boutique in Byron Bay but return address is in China!! No wonder the fabric felt and looked cheap and nasty!! Belt that came with it was plastic rubbish!! Stay away!!!

Terrible product received. Does not look like the picture, poorly constucted, does not fit and made out of bad quality bed sheet material!
Will not be spending the money on return postage after looking at these reviews as it looks like a refund may be difficult! I wish I had read them before ordering.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased, how can their website have all 5 star reviews?
The quality of the dress is horredous. it looks nothing like the website. the fabric (polyester) would make you sweat and smell after wearing.
I have requested a refund yet they want $25 for shipping, this is truly sad is is obviously a scam...

This company is definitely not IN AUSTRALIA their photos look good, and as a dressmaker, the product received was badly contructed, with no labels or washing instructions found on garments.
I have reported this to the authorities and also my bank.
these people should be inspected.

This is a site from China, poor quality. Not the fabric or colour as advertised. Dont buy from here

Don’t buy from Byron Bay Boutique! Like many other reviews I thought I was buying a beautiful flowing dress that turned out to be a badly sewn dress with no tags and does not fit. PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING. NOT AN AUSTRALIAN PRODUCT.

Unreliable service

I would give a minus to service from Byron bay Boutique.
I placed two orders first not true to size.
I had to pay postage to return, refund came after many emails
Second order was never received. It was returned to supplier by courier

Asked for refund but nothing
Will be contacting ACCC regarding the company

Would suggest never use the company

Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. Ordered 2 dresses - one is wearable (at best) the other is an obvious knock off. Cheaply made, ordered a 5XL (allegedly a size 22) lucky to be a size 12. Won't even try to send the items back - dresses off to charity and I learned an expensive lesson.

Buyers BEWARE.Absolute scam, crap products, crap customer service with no refunds. Tried 4 emails to get a refund with no luck.

Byron Bay Boutique Australia is a misleading company name. It is based in China. Quality of garments was very disappointing, did not match the online photos. Complete waste of money. My fault though, should have checked out these reviews first. Won’t happen again!

This company has nothing to do with Australia or Byron Bay… it’s a cheap Chinese rip off.
They refuse to refund.

DO NOT BUY - THIS IS A SCAM. NOT BYRON BAY - SHENZHEN, CHINA. Stay away. Do not buy from this company. It appears they are in Byron Bay - but they are in China. The product quality is atrocious and customer service is terrible. I tried to return products due to their poor quality (they were NOTHING like the images on the website), but you have to return the goods to China, and the return process is set up make it impossible to get a refund. I have made a complaint to Qld Fair Trading. I would normally not worry about this kind of thing, but these people should not be trading in Australia.

The garment looked nothing like the photo and the quality was POOR the size was huge and after asking repeatedly for a refund have not had a response.
Don't Buy from this CHINESE company.
