Terrible. Received a plastic piece of rubbish from China from a company that claims to be in Australia and have 90 day returns.

Terrible quality of garment, fabric was awful, cut terrible and did not look like the advertised item

I picked up a pair of shorts, and they’re perfect for summer days. They’re comfy, flattering, and arrived in just over a week.

The communication is terrible. I ordered my items in October and still have not received it. They tell me they are based in Byron Bay Australia but clearly they are in another country. DO NOT BUY A THING. They still refuse to refund my purchase and when i do email them it takes days for the same old reply saying they appreciate my patience. I have never had such a stressful experience with online purchases quiet like this fake one.

As per the multiple bad reviews this company is a total scam, not sure how they get away with it ! I had an almost identical experience with a site called "Nova-Melbourne". Ordered shoes, looked nothing like the pic when they arrived. I gave up on trying to get a refund, now this so called "Byron Bay Boutique" got me sucked in again !! Asked to return and was offered exactly the same as with the Nova Melbourne site (which has closed and is why I suspect these are the same ppl !!). Don't bother trying to get your money back as you won't. If you return you have to send back to China where shipping costs almost as much as the purchase. So angry wish I read the reviews ! Also, the good reviews are clearly written by them to move the bad reviews down - very similar wording in the good reviews LOL !!

Poor quality item and terrible service.
Advertised as an Australian company but was charged international transactions fees.
Item took a long time to arrive from China, and when I received the order it was poor quality and did not fit properly.
They are refusing to refund the item.

I purchased two dresses, thinking the boutique was Australian-wrong, they are based in Asia. My purchased dresses were ill fitting and I contacted the company for the return process. They advertise a 90-day money back guarantee BUT there are extra clauses once you try and get a refund as per my Byron Bay Boutique response email;
'You have a couple of options to consider:
1. **Exchange**: You can exchange the items for a different size or product for a small fee of $9.90 AUD per item. This is a more environmentally friendly choice and helps us all reduce packaging waste and CO2 emissions.
2. **Partial Refund**: Alternatively, you can opt to keep the dresses and receive a 20% partial refund.

Be very wary of this company, and yes I have again asked for their returns address and stated that I wanted a full refund as per their website information. The dresses are in original packaging and this will also help the environment that they are trying to preserve, plus the dresses can be sold again as they have never been worn.
My journey will be interesting and hopefully have a happy ending. Anne

Shocking experience! Avoid at all costs. Garmnt is a joke. Button in the wrong place. Rushed on one side. Totally losses. Ignores my request for return address. Take it up with your credit card company. . Better still, avoid like the plague

Complete scam. Items absolute garbage and not fit for purpose. Offer refund if items returned to China yet site implies to be Australian. Do not waste your time and money. Items are materially below the standard advertised and unwearable. Awful experience.

Omg don’t do it! They are not located in Byron bay they are from China! The worst customer service I ordered shoes and they were too small so I wanted to send them back for a full refund. They gave me two options either exchange the shoes for a different size or a different product for a small fee of $9.90 AUD, or you can choose to keep them and receive a 20% partial refund!
Their website states 90 day return for a full refund yet they are not allowing that to happen and only emailed me back once. I have emailed them again two times with still no response. Do not order from this website.

Absolute poor quality clothing! Am trying to send my dress back, have emailed them many times and getting no response at all! Avoid avoid avoid, cheap crap!

If I could give a zero I would . Received my item and it was NOTHING like the photo . When I printed off the label to send it back , realised it looked familiar . I purchased 3 Hannah wool coats a few months ago from a company called “ novigood “ they were awful so sent them pack( postage cost me $90) . The parcel arrived at Chinese customs but they didn’t accept the delivery so I lost nearly$400 . I decided as the postage was $25 to send this item back and they are clearly the same company , that the same thing would probably happen so donated the item instead . Byron bay boutique AKA Novigood whilst giving the impression it is Australian ,clearly is not so don’t buy anything from this company .

Its a fraud, Chinese based company but using the name Byron bay. Clothing comes from China, takes over a month to arrive, very poor quality and the return address is China and customers to pay for the postage. Has to be registered post otherwise not accepted. They make it hard so you give us..please do not buy

I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. Not only is the quality of the product extremely poor and nothing like the photos on their website, but they also mislead customers about their returns policy. They advertise a 90-day return guarantee, yet when I requested a refund, they refused, claiming bikinis are "hygienic products" and not eligible for return—something they fail to disclose at the time of purchase.
Additionally, they use the name Byron Bay to give the impression that they are an Australian company, but in reality, their products ship from China and take a long time to arrive. The entire shopping experience has been frustrating, and their lack of transparency and poor customer service makes it clear they do not care about their customers.
Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere—this company is not what they claim to be.

I ordered and received a dress that was nothing like the dress on their website. After numerous emails back and forth I opened a case with paypal and today was informed that I would be refunded the full amount of the dress. I wish I had checked the reviews before I bought from them, I won't make that mistake again.

This company is a scam. Do not order anything from them. Their products are cheap shitty and crappie.
