LE launcher a total disaster…
I bought the LE launcher last October what a disaster. I had to send it back 4 times, every time I got it back supposedly fixed it broke again within minutes, it shoots air. Byrna refused to issue a refund, they are thieves, $600 in the drain, The worst part is that Byrna knows very well the LE has a design flaw (look at the amount of complains on YouTube and Reddit), but they refuse to take the launcher off the website and redesign it, they keep selling it. Did you notice all the videos they show features the SD, but never the LE? They know the LE is garbage, they won't admit it. Byrna owner should be ashamed of himself for stealing money selling the LE.

After I had purchased the Burna LE and a number of additional Burna items and had checked out, after this I saw a pop-up that said you could get a 10% discount on your first order. I contacted Burna and left an email message regarding what had happened. Within 15 minutes I received an email that the discount credit was issued to my card. That is fantastic customer service, and I highly recommend this company for their prompt and friendly customer service! Thank Maria!!
